On August 25th last year, a friend with a little abuelita in him took me out to get burritos. And while we were eating on the trunk of his car, I told him about the script and lamented to him how I’ve never made a film on my own accord. And then right then and there, he says “you know what, we’re gonna make this film no matter what!”. And after that moment it lit a fire under my ass. Having someone truly believe in me like that, committed to helping me just like that, AND sticking to it, meant the world to me. So I asked my friend who’s a literal ray of light to help me produce, and my doll of a friend to star in it. This truly was my favorite set of all time. I want to thank every single person who helped out I never thought I would be able to run my own set, let alone make a project this impactful to me. I truly wanna thank every single person who’s helped me make this film a reality. Even if it was offer me an ounce of encouragement. Here here to many more films and many more collaborations!
