gen 6.
So many tears were shed this weekend, yet so many laughs as well. I never wanted this season to end, I was so blessed to dance with such talented dancers. I was immediately welcomed onto this team a couple months back, and this eventually (very quickly) became my family. Through all of the wins and losses we had, we always stuck together, encouraging each other that no matter what the judges have to say. We did the best we could have done, and at the end of the day that’s what mattered. It was never about winning, it was always about making our directors proud. Rach, Marc, and Earnest are so special to me and I’m eternally grateful to have such amazing directors and mentors. Seniors, I’m so sad to see you go, yet so excited to see your future and what you may do. Closing out this season with the best people made everything full circle, so many tears were shed, so many hugs shared, and a forever family that I will never forget. Gen 6, thank you. Gen 7.. so many exciting things to come :)
