Back to Bassics was something special. 🔊⚡️

From the moment the music started, the energy was electric.
So much incredible new talent touched the decks and brought their own sound to the night. The back 2 back set was unforgettable, and the crowd stayed locked in from start to finish. 🙌

Then SKINNY stepped up and delivered an incredible headline performance that took the whole night to another level. 🔥

What makes these nights different is the community behind them. Every artist, every supporter, every person in the crowd helped create an atmosphere you can’t fake. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who showed up and made Back to Bassics what it is becoming. This is only the beginning.

Next week, we’re back at The Shaskeen Pub — this time with SKINNY taking control of the vibe for another edition of Back to BASSics ⚡

Where every transition tells a story, and every set opens the door to something unexpected.

Based in Boston, hes been listening to Dubstep and going to shows since 2008, which molded his sound over the years. Skinny began his Dj career in 2014 after picking up a Dj controller. You can catch a Skinny set at Senderland, where he is a reoccurring and anticipated artist on their adrenaline filled weekend lineup. Skinny brings that UK 140/DNB sounds with a lil bit of wook stank on it. Be ready to get deep, go fast and dance all night!

Whether you’re stepping up to the decks or just soaking it all in, this is where the community comes together — to support each other, share music, and build something real through sound.

📍 The Shaskeen Pub
📅 Thursday, May 14th
🕘 Come early, stay late — the flow matters

Know before you go 🎧

Our Back to BASSics nights are all about giving DJs a fair shot while keeping the energy flowing all night long. To make that happen, we’ve set a few important guidelines for everyone stepping up to the decks:

• DJs must play on house equipment and bring a USB exported via Rekordbox (gear is either an Opus Quad or XDJ RX3)
• Sign-ups are in person only — no advance reservations
• Priority goes to first-time players and those who didn’t get a slot previously
• Set times are curated to keep the night flowing smoothly
• Be ready — plug in 5 minutes early and have your first track queued

These rules help us create a smooth, professional, and welcoming environment for both new and returning DJs.
Join us at The Shaskeen Pub and be part of the community! 🦉🐙
