happy new year family 🤎 heres a message to round up what I’ve learned from 1. Leaving my 6 figure business 2. Moving to Australia with no job or home secured 3. Working 60 hour weeks to 0 hour weeks 4. Starting up a 5 figure Brand that didn’t go as expected It’s okay. To begin again. To hold space for your past self while stepping fully into who you are now. To release old identities and meet yourself in a new way. 2025 was the year of the snake 🐍, which has been a powerful symbol for shedding old skins. The snake teaches us to peel back layers, to move through the cycle with lots of reflection that leads us to let go of all that we have outgrown. This year brought a deep cleansing and clearing of long running cycles. It brought uncertainty + doubt whether I had made the right choice for Soulfull and for myself. But it also created a safe space in form of Retreats with a community of people who were once all strangers. This year I have learnt that stepping into the unknown is not about fear, it is about trust and that success is not just about what we create, but how we feel while creating it. That healing is a spiral, and self-love is something we choose over and over again. So if you are navigating change, trust that you are exactly where you need to be. Your past self got you here, but your future self is waiting for you to take the next step. My next question for 2026 : what do you want to see from me? How can I show up for you if Matcha was out of the picture? Would you come to our next Retreat?

Soulfull Retreat Season 1 : Micro habits, major shifts As we close a full week of energies with different story’s, movement + recovery, we step a little closer to broadening our horizons, memories and fulfilment. Soulfull is an ongoing project because Soulfull resonates with us— during every season. We.. are the Brand. And our story is ever growing, evolving and learning as we speak. How did we end up here? [ htdn ] I wanted to create space, to spark light and soul into you curating your own life. Our power is in showing you your power. A questioning and realisation. What do you enjoy? Whats your favourite breakfast? What do you.. identify as yourself. It all leads back to one question.. who are you? 🎥 : @9jens

22 MARCH HA GIANG LOOP DIARY ENTRY From Hai Phong to Ha Noi - Ha Giang After a hefty 5 hours on the bus - Our first hostel was decent. Nice space, toilets, bathroom etc. We started our loop the following day which involves a motorbike ride up into the mountains further North of Vietnam. 4 days, each day stopping off to stay at a homestay overnight .. I’ve never done/experienced this before. .. guys. Im truly humbled. It’s not for me 😂 This second homestay was literally shouting “childhood trauma” - wet rooms, no toilet roll, dorms My cousin @vynxguyen said its the best thing she has ever experienced and said we HAD to stay in a dorm for the full experience after me and @9jens wanted to book a private vip room lol. We came to a realisation that v-y also eats in any restaurant 👀😅, she is blood but can not be trusted from today onwards lol We did it for the culture.. and Ive decided, this is not my authentic self and I need to stay true to myself 👀😬😂😅👍🏻 Anyways, 2 more nights to go

[ diary of hels ] day seven of being unemployed : So me and Jen part ways. I cant even comprehend this little life of greatness. Im going through my videos and photo album on my phone on the plane to SYD and feel so privileged to have been able to experience all these magical moments. My first home, cooking dinner for my siblings, crying from my first heartbreak and my nieces comforting me (so precious) etc We can only void the emotion of fear and worry by letting loose of whats to come, and release the what ifs of what was. Lesson 101 of regaining/solving your dharma/hormonal imbalances/stresses/chronic illness/sadness whatever your reality is right now.. It starts within your perspective & belief system
