Fortunate to have in the studio the CEO of a very do-good organization @scdaa doing their work across the country and the world. Simple set up created these strong pieces that her comms team are already digging into & excited to work with - so happy about that! ❤️📸 #headshotsession #portraitphoto #photostudio

Another blue-sky-bright-yellow-leaves kind of fall day on the C&O canal to frame this couple’s first portrait with their new pup. We had a great session exploring lots of different locations at this DC iconic setting without getting runners & other pups in our shots 🏃🦮 #fallwalk 🍂🍁And learned a new trick to keep the pup’s attention; they were prepared! ❤️ #dmvphotography #dmvphotographers #washingtondcphotographer #portraitphotography #holidayportraits @9s_studios is my studio location in Easton, MD. #marylandphotographer #mdphotographer #easternshoremdphotographer #eastonmd

So haven’t posted yet about this fun thing I’ve gotten myself into… I’ve partnered with an amazing artful entrepreneurial spirit who runs @chroma_pop Jennifer Hartfield and together we’ve made this working studio space and a gallery on our back walls. We call it @9s_studios . And the always amazing positive person/inspirational walker & painter @gallery37delaware Marcia Reed is our first exhibiting artist ❤️

Jennifer and Marcia hung the show yesterday so smoothly and we filmed a short interview that I’ll share clips of soon on our socials & full interview on our website - www.9sStudios.com

But for now I’m excited to share these shots of us doing our thing (me looking like a Pooh bear in winter overalls & Docs 🤦‍♀️). Our new gallery/studio is in downtown Easton, MD so come out for our opening/open hours to just say hi and take in the work.
These paintings & collage pieces are a beautiful offset to the winter colors we’re currently in on the east coast and reminds us of the bright palette of Spring & Summer! The show is up for 3 months to get us there! Taking this work in is like a trip to a botanical garden - our public opening is Friday Feb 7th 6-8pm. Join us 🌞
