🦋 Happy Sunday Beautiful People! This weekend was everythingggg. My girlfriends are amazing. @_.claudialeigh knows how to throw a party. She did such a great job with the decor and spread. We watched Halloween Town (1,2 &3). Emotionally I’ve been struggling for the last two weeks and God knew I needed some girl time. Two amazing nights in one weekend?! Come on 🥰🥲 We met last year in the wax studio. I am her client and when we grew closer she learned about my program and she joined! 😭 We worked together for 5 months on her postpartum journey and she crushed it (her sweet Angel baby is everything and stayed up the entire movie night 🤣). We had such a great time! I’m so so GRATEFUL for the relationships I’ve cultivated through my Lift Buddy Program and we’re closer than ever. I am so incredibly proud of her. She leaves me in a few months and I’m so sad 😭. This military spouse life isn’t for the weak, I’ll tell you that! I love her. Thank you my scorpio sistah 🦂♏️💖👻🎥🍿 ALSO 🍽: I did enjoy myself but I didn’t get carried away. I had one slice of pizza, I drank water the entire night, I had a lot of lil smoke sausages, wings, popcorn and fruit! So, I stayed with the healthier option because I know the benefits of eating good. I did indulge with pizza 🍕 but I made sure that protein was my go-to! 😉 Follow our podcast channel @scorpioenergy_podcast 🥳 #friendsthatbecomefamily #musclemommy #teammariahsliftbuddies #accountabilitypartner #strongertogether #gymbuddy #liftbuddym 🦋 #nutritionspecialist #fitnesslover #explore #godisgreat #allnatural #explore #motivation #lifestylemodification #accountability #selflove #wlyg #nike #love #light #strongisbeautiful #aka #topochicowater #iam1stphorm #spookyseason #fyp

🦋 CLIENT HIGHLIGHT Today we switched things up. It was HIIT day originally but once I got to Lift Buddy Jen, we both had that look. 😂 I asked if she’d want to drop a set from HIIT day (4 to 3, mind you burpees was the first exercise 🙃) or do Yoga for active recovery. 🧘‍♀️Yoga won today! We had a lot of fun stretching and doing things we don’t normally do. It’s okay to switch things up as long as you get it done… We’ll definitely feel it later 🙃😮‍💨😂 •I DO NOT own the rights to this music• 1:1 Coaching Available! 🦋CLIENT HIGHLIGHT! Lift Buddy Jen started her postpartum journey with modified push-ups. She wanted to work on doing a regular push up and build up her upper body. I’m happy to say she’s doing regular push ups, not just 1, but 10 in a row! 🥳 Her forms gotten so much better and she’s absolutely crushing it. Mom life, family life, working life, she’s doing it all and making it look easy! 🎉 I’m so proud of her! We’re only going up from here! Next stop pull ups..! 👀 Enjoy our enthusiasm and laughter. CLIENT HIGHLIGHT 🦋 Lift Buddy Jen is so kind. 🥰 On top of being a working mom of two, she makes me breakfast after sessions. Here we are in month 4 of the Liftbuddy program and I am so grateful for her kindness. 🥲 She makes NO EXCUSES to get her workouts done or track her macros! Not everyone does this nor wants to and I can relate! I gave my coach every excuse not to track! 🤣 It’s either “to tedious”, “annoying”, “time consuming”, but it’s also such a great way to manage portion control, finances (through meal prepping) and self discipline! Lift Buddy Jen is committed and I’m so proud! She has learned so much about the difference in calories and incorporates this into her home! Anyway, enjoy a piece of our day #chefjen ! 😂👩🏼‍🍳 #postpartumjourney #musclemommy #macrotracking #accountabilitypartner #strongertogether #gymbuddy #liftbuddym 🦋 #nutritionspecialist #fitnesslover #explore #godisgreat #allnatural #explore #motivation #lifestylemodification #accountability #selflove #wlyg #nike #love #light #strongisbeautiful #aka #universityofbridgeport #iam1stphorm

*ARTISTS EDITION* Back to School Paint Class/ Bash last week was so inspiring! 🍎🙌🏼So proud of these kids and especially the artists that showed up to support!! While I taught the kids , I introduced the artists one by one as they did live art on the side! 🎨I want to show the kids that you can still paint as an adult. And if they stay with it now , think about how good they will be in the future! 💡Special thanks to @cartwrightsdelights for supplying food and drinks for the whole event. And @olivebranchbakery for bringing so many goodies! This will be an annual event for sure! 🎟☺️ . . #MomoskiArt #Momoski #MomoskiPaintClass #PaintClass #PaintParty #BackToSchool #entrepreneur #Art #Youth #Giveback #Art #Apple #work #Paint #Kids #Acrylic #worm #Inspire #Artist
