NFL Pre Draft WR/DB Training 🧪🔥

Another great session for these pro prospects preparing them for an opportunity of a lifetime! Focusing on the fundamentals it’s going to take to get noticed by these NFL scouts and coaches!

This sessions focus 👇🏾💡

Receivers- We focused on Top Of Routes & Playing physical ,Working the breaking point at the top routes teaching them how to not take any wasted steps also showing them how to push out to create separation against defenders! Also emphasizing having violent hands and holding their line when running routes against press coverage 🙌🏾

Defensive Backs- We focused on getting out of breaks during man/ zone coverage fluently! Also drills to help them close the gap on receivers and being able to guard double moves! 🔒

Blessed to be able to help these young kings prepare for a once in lifetime opportunity! Thankful again for @plus2university @ericlichter on trusting me to get them better let’s keep it going kings🥷🏾📈

Thank you Rock Nation 💚

No. 11 Slippery Rock went toe-to-toe on the road at No. 2 Ferris State and led for three quarters before the Bulldogs scored 14 points in the fourth quarter to complete a 48-38 comeback win over SRU in the National Semifinals Saturday in Michigan. Powerhouse Ferris is headed to the title game for the third time in four seasons, but SRU put up a hell of a fight not many people saw coming. A tremendous effort to close a tremendous season. Super Region One champions. National Semifinalists. Tied for the second most wins in program history. Thanks for following along Rock Nation. Go Rock!
