3 things to think about while running!!! Breathing- Keep it steady and relaxed; don’t worry about forcing a specific pattern.
Form- Stay tall, relax your shoulders and hands, and let your stride feel natural.
Pace- Start easier than you think you need to. Aim for a pace you can sustain rather than going hard too early. #runnerscommunity #explorepage✨ #fitnessjourney #fitnesslife

🎂 My son just turned 23. It’s officially his Jordan Year! 🏀 Michael Jordan was winning championships at this age…
Mine is winning arguments with Siri and ordering DoorDash like a pro. 😎
Proud of you anyway, kid. Love you always, even when you think you're right 100% of the time.

Happy Birthday! If you see him today help me celebrate him.

Lord, I thank you for letting me graduate from North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude. I thank you for the 1,000 community service hours you’ve allowed me to obtain. I thank you for the internship with the Baltimore Ravens, for the Service Impact Award, for allowing me to be a part of the Golden Key Honor Society, for allowing me to graduate from the UHP, for allowing my team to win a National Championship, for protecting us from dangers seen and unseen, and for just being God.

God, I pray that you continue to cover me, my family, my boyfriend, and his family, and all of my friends. I pray that my classmates and I change the world for the better. I pray that the impact we have on the world fulfills the destiny that you have over our lives and changes the lives of others for the better.

I pray against the spirit of suicide and post-graduation depression. I pray for peace, prosperity, the discovery of our purpose, and supernatural joy.

Lastly, I pray that as we leave North Carolina Central University, we never leave your sight.

Amen.
