I've never taken a picture with a shadow work group, but today's vibe called for something new. SO POWERFUL to do deep dives in general, but with others, we activate and expand in much more magical ways. Eternally (‼️‼️) grateful for the courageous, beautiful souls who jump into the unknown for themselves and others. This is our Internal Family Systems "Parts" work Intro group from this beautiful full moon morning 💞 If you're in the healing arts / have a self aware meditation practice already and would like to learn about this powerful technique, I'm happy to share what I've learned. The book No Bad Parts by Richard Schwartz is gold, there are IFS therapists all over the globe (visit their website for deep dive support). Having this self support technique is GOLD. As Thic Naht Han says: The Buddha of the future is sangha. Meaning, the enlightenment of the future is commUnity 💞 I offer healing & support sessions with yoga * breath work * meditation * shadow work * intuition development * Akashic record transmissions * receive and / or learn reiki. Let's work together! Schedule your free 15 minute discovery session and let's see if we're a good fit, link in bio. . . . #frequencyfirst #vibrationalfrequency #frequency #energyhealing #ascension #higherconsciousness #newhumanity #raiseyourvibration #5d #reiki #reikienergyhealing #energywork #highvibe #emPOWERment #emotions #ifspartswork #ifs #partswork #emotions #reikimasterteacher #reikitraining #reikipractitioner #RiseUP 🔥✨💜

The greatest human act is service. This includes (!!!) service to one's own needs and wellness. Choosing a path to learn about - and live in alignment with - the laws of energy is NOT easy, asks a LOT of you, AND it yields some of the greatest transformation...for self and others. Level 2 Reiki practitioners receive and develop tools for amplifying and expanding the healing benefits of pure positive energy in their lives and service to others. A profound step on your life path 💝 A loud message we send to ourselves and others. Congratulations to these beautiful lights @eileenestela_ and @_13nan for doing the courageous (and not always graceful) work of energy healing. It takes time, discipline and grit to be open to what surfaces for light and transformation. In training we not only channel for ourselves, but for the collective upliftment and healing for all life. Thank you fellow RM @sahyligalera for your generosity of time, light and service during this training. My heart's so full 💕 Congratulations to us all! Reiki training is a great holiday gift offering for friends and family! DM to schedule any private or group trainings and services. ✨✨ Allow Miracles ✨✨

Such an honor to support the expansion of consciousness and journey to self-healing and energy work for others. My heart overfloweth 🥰, thank you sisters for inviting me to share the magic of Reiki, and thank you sister and fellow RMT Gabriela for sharing your gifts, love, light and time. Stay tuned for level 2 training at OMM soon!
