Today’s workout with these two young athletes reminded me of how hard I trained when I was first starting out. I had to sit them down and share a little about my prison journey and how I fell in love with fitness.

What I really wanted them to understand is that sports can become more than games and workouts. They can teach discipline, become therapy, give you purpose, and open doors you never imagined.

That’s why I do this. Not just to build athletes, but to help build young men.

Keep grinding, young kings.

Today these young athletes put in the work and took another step toward their goals.

Proud of the energy, focus, and determination they brought to every exercise. Keep stacking days like this and greatness will follow.

The future belongs to those willing to work for it. 💯🔥
