SUNDAY SERVICE PGS #28 #EXCUSESDONTMAKECHAMPIONS 28 was a banger ! Mats were packed energy was high and people were workin!!! ( insert John Danaher quote eye roll here ) šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø however ā€œTraining is about skill development, not about winning or losing. You donā€™t need to win every battle, you only need to win the battles that count.ā€ This is why we gotta leave the ego and pride out ,we can fail here so we can win out there this is why the constraints matter and we push the start and stopping points Stay with it and letā€™s elevate! Great work everyone see you next week! New start time 3:30 pm went off pretty well. For the most part everyone was in ( next week we lock the door at 3:30 only key holding members will be able to enter) You must reach out and communicate with @baronofbolo , @asiandavebjj or MYSELF if youā€™re gonna be late. Donā€™t settle for being the best person in your gym... come really get right and be ready.... How many Sundays are left till your next big thing!? SUNDAY SERVICE PGS #26 #EXCUSESDONTMAKECHAMPIONS @asiandavebjj & @baronofbolo held it down this past session and made sure everything was running smooth and came up@with a great session that insured everyone was getting that work! Thank you to everyone that shows up week after week together we all grow we all help each other! Part of that is holding ourselves and others accountable also! Session starts at 3pm these sessions are freeā€¦ We put a lot of time into trying to create a session that keeps everybody on task and interested! Showing up an hour late is rude and disrespectful especially If we have not discussed, whatā€™s going on this is not an open mat. this is a task, focused training session, We are professionals. Do not treat it as anything different! We take our own time to discuss and put this together, be part of the solution ā€¦.. do better Your attitude reflects the way you train and IT WILL AFFECT THE WAY YOU COMPETE Remember my friends, half measures availed us nothing simply put if you only do half of the work you will only get half of the resultā€¦.. Donā€™t settle for being the best person in your gym... come really get right and be ready.... How many Sundays are left till your next big thing!? Every Sunday at 3 pm @gtgym_hq we will have this pro grappling session. If you are competing soon, you have an idea on something you wanna work on in the session let us know in advance and we will try and formulate it into a game that we can work with! We are open to ideas! Letā€™s make it happen.! Weā€™ve got people from all over and all different gyms just looking to work and grow We all want to elevate! No drama, nothing but good vibes and growth leave all the bs and ego at the door and letā€™s just get right!! See you next Sunday! Session, sauna, cold plunge, chill.
