Another edition of POV Budapest comes to an end, and what an amazing week it was! With inspiring talks from an impressive lineup, along with side events including workshops, exhibitions and city walks, POV Budapest brought together creatives from all around the world, for five days of exchanging ideas and making meaningful connections. Among the side events, the poster exhibition we curated in collaboration with POV Budapest took over the storefronts of the 2nd district. The selected artworks explored the theme of this year’s festival ; The Act, and how systems built in controlled environments start to operate in the real world. We are extremely proud to have been part of the festival as sponsors, and would like to thank everyone who helped put it together, including the organizers, speakers and visitors. 〰️ POV POSTER EXHIBITION 16–20 September 2026 . The POV design conference is being held from 16–20 September, and @mumu_muhelymuzeum is one of the exhibition venues! ✌🏽⭕️❤️🗯️ Over the past years, participants from more than 60 countries have joined the event, brought together by their interest in design, technology and visual culture. The programme includes not only talks, but also workshops, exhibitions, design walks and afterparties. One of this year’s accompanying programmes of @pov.budapest is a poster exhibition curated from works submitted to an open call. Designers from 45 countries submitted 120 posters. Instead of presenting the selected works at a single location, the organisers are showcasing them throughout the @margitnegyed 2nd district of Budapest, displayed in various shop windows and facades. We are honoured that one of the winning posters has been installed today in the MUMU shop window, so you can also be part of this international visual arts initiative. The POV poster on display at MUMU was created by Auli Tamma Zhillan Abdalloh @___.zhil , an Indonesian graphic designer and researcher whose work focuses on visual arts, publication design and international poster exhibitions. Meet the selected designers for the poster exhibition “The Act”! The 10 winning proposals responded to the theme of the open call through their own unique styles and techniques. Their posters will be presented in a public exhibition near the @pov.budapest 2026 venue during the week of the conference, and each selected artist will receive a ticket to the festival. We received more than 120 posters from over 45 countries, and we were truly impressed by the creativity, quality and range of the submissions.
