@_____thelab bootcamp was such a monumental part of my journey as a human and dancer! Facing all aspects of life and having to put my faith in the Lord was so interesting but seeing Him move through those around me to remind me of who He is and who He created me to be is something I will always be grateful for🫂⭐️

This dance right here was the moment I was forced to get out of my comfort zone and unlock another level to my dancing. It challenged me to live in the stillness of movement, something I wasn’t the greatest in. But after taking a breath and recentering myself in that space, something was born. A movement that lived in the music, not too much and not too little, just right🫀

The Dance Effect ✨
This year I decided to listen to that burning feeling. I decided to return to dance, and man, it is the best decision I have made this year! While medicine stimulates me, dance is what makes me happy. Every time I step out of the studio my cup is just SO much fuller. Thank you @liamlanthony for creating a space where all of us can just be! A place where we can rebuild and rediscover together. I have fallen more deeply in love with dance, with life, with myself

So grateful for this dance community and @elsje_styger for sharing this joy with me ❤️‍🔥

*Learning to lose control*

Had an immersive, emotional, beautiful experience dancing @_____thelab

This really took vulnerability and needing to be raw, and ... I loved it 🤣❤️ what a relief, and definitely a challenge.

What a privilege it is to dance and move my body so freely!

I’m trying to post more of what I do, so here’s me in my element doing what I love and letting go.

To be honest I was really nervous to attend class, I’ve been feeling so out of touch with my body and its abilities, but throwing myself into something uncomfortable again reminded me that what we do as artists/ performers is a gift and it’s meant to feel uncomfortable sometimes but that’s where we grow, discover and understand our bodies better.

Your friendly reminder artists: don’t forget to keep growing! ❤️

Energy cannot be created nor destroyed, only transferred from one particle to another @andreamlandu ✨

@_____thelab this experience has been so much more than just dance. It challenged me, inspired me, and helped me grow not only as a dancer, but as a person. Every class, every correction, every conversation, and every moment shared has taught me something valuable that I’ll carry with me.

I’m so grateful for the friendships that were formed, the bonds that were strengthened, and the beautiful community that was created. It’s amazing how people who were once strangers can become such an important part of your journey in such a short time. The support, laughter, encouragement, and memories we’ve shared are something I’ll always treasure ☺️

To @_____thelab and everyone who made this intensive possible, thank you for investing your time, passion, and knowledge into each of us. Your belief in us has inspired us to believe more in ourselves, and that is such a special gift.

@liamlanthony thank you for creating a space where we could learn, grow, challenge ourselves, and simply enjoy the art that we all love so deeply. This has been a truly beautiful journey, and I feel so lucky to have been a part of it.

I’ll leave with a full heart, countless memories, lifelong friendships, and so much motivation for the future. Thank you for an unforgettable experience - I will cherish it always ❤️
