Hello, Thurgood Family! My name is Morgan Chavers, and I am honored to announce my candidacy for your next Miss Thurgood Marshall School of Law.

To me, Miss Thurgood is more than a title; she is a reflection of our collective purpose, our drive for progress, and our commitment to the people we serve.
As I campaign this week, I want to hear from you. Catch me around campus, I’d love to have a conversation about our goals and how we can elevate TMSL together.

Thank you for your support. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you!

New year, same good energy ✨

We’re grateful for everything we accomplished last semester and for everyone who helped us build community, grow, and enjoy meaningful moments together.

HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM TMSL BLSA! 🎉

Moving to a new city where you know no one humbles you in ways you don’t fully understand until you’re living it. There is a quiet bravery in starting over—new streets, new routines, new faces—and an even deeper gratitude when women choose to show up for you in any way.

Adult friendships matter. They are intentional. They require effort, grace, and a willingness to support one another without history or obligation. They are built not on proximity, but on presence. On showing up. On saying, “I see you, and I’ve got you,” even when it would be easier not to.

I hold immense appreciation for the Houston ladies who show up for me these 3 years have been great ( Missing some who were either out of town or had prior engagements) Your time, your energy, your vibes do not go unnoticed.

There is something powerful about women supporting women—especially in adulthood, especially in unfamiliar places. I value these connections more than I can fully put into words, and I am deeply grateful for each of you.
Xoxo 😘🫶🏾
