Yesterday was my birthday. I could’ve done the usual but I felt like getting some miles in instead. Lately I’ve been thinking more about who I’m becoming than what I’m accomplishing. I’m not chasing perfection, I’m just trying not to be the same man I was a year ago. Got a long way to go but I’m headed in the right direction Year 37. Let’s keep it moving 🏃🏾🏁 #Running #MarathonTraining #FitnessJourney #MensHealth #SelfImprovement

Last Saturday I stepped out with the bros (@NoigDuece @vaughn05 ) and @ikosnj did what it was supposed to do. I’m pescatarian so I stayed in my lane..west coast oysters, ceviche, fried snapper. All valid. Espresso martini was smooth, then we popped a bottle of rosé Good food, good people, music right. Felt like a quick escape without leaving Jersey

The bros and I decided to step out in Jersey City to try this new Greek Mediterranean spot, @ikosnj . From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was top tier!! Welcome shots on deck! Everything was a vibe! the food was fresh , the music was on point, champagne bottles were popping, and there were plenty of options even for the picky eaters. Straight vacation vibes😮‍💨 You know the food is hitting when you start dancing 🕺🔥 My brother @vaughn05 even had to take his jacket off! 😩😂 :Screenshot the receipt to see exactly what we ordered 👀🍽️ Add this to your list because @ushould_eathere !!!! #Ikos #jersey Eats #mediterranean food! #bros night out !! seafood
