When designing an event, the venue(s) are the literal foundation to build from.

We were so fortunate to host this years @zax_fit Owners Summit in the beautiful mountain town of Beacon, New York.

It allowed us to partner with incredible spaces, in close proximity, making a seamless transition in programming for guests.✨

A little sneak peek of this years @zax_fit Owners Summit in Beacon, NY.

Zack coordinated with our team for the last year to curate an unforgettable experience for our attendees and speakers. There were countless hours, assets, and decisions made to ensure that his vision was brought to life. We’re so grateful for all of our guest speakers, local hosts, and owners who made all of this possible.✨

That’s a wrap on the 2026 Fall ZAXFIT Summit in Beacon, NY! We laughed, we cried, and we fostered connections that have lasting impact.

Day 2 started with a hike, and ended with a beer. Guests enjoyed an ADHD lecture and morning breath work with @dbaynton8 - and ending programming with a phenomenal panel between @activecoreconsulting & @jennseracuse ✨

For the final stretch, guests enjoyed a closing ceremony with summit host, @zax_fit - where he made them sweat with an inner rhythm class and then rewarded them with libations and grazing at @hudsonvalleybrewery 🍻

We can’t thank our local hosts and speakers enough for all they did to help us pull off another successful B2B summit!

Our first evening activation for guest arrival was a success! @zax_fit curated the perfect team from @alchemy.beacon to offer various meditative modalities to offer our guests prior to programming.

After a brief happy hour on the rooftop, Zack to guests down to the wellness space at Alchemy where attendees were treated to sauna, reiki, yoga, breath work, and guided meditation, before setting an intention for their week at summit.✨

It’s ZAXFIT Summit Week in the Hudson Valley!

Our team partnered with @zax_fit to carefully craft an intimate B2B week that brings together boutique business owners with fitness industry leaders. This year, Zack chose Beacon, NY to bring everyone closer to where he calls home, and to showcase community from a new vantage point.

Keep your eyes peeled for BTS coverage and a breakdown of the services we offered to make all of this possible!✨

My fave Rae @___c_rae has been posting from our last trip to SF so now I’m posting, too ☝🏻🙂‍↕️ (the lovely compilation videos were also made by her) Left a lot of good stuff from this trip unshared and I have loved looking back on what was probably one of my favorite weeks ever with some of my favorite people ever in my favorite place ever 🫶🏻
