📢 FEMA Update | Important for Exporters (Goods/Services)

The revised FEMA framework brings significant changes to export documentation and reporting requirements. If you receive payments from overseas clients, platforms or businesses, it is advisable to review your existing FEMA documentation and reporting process with your Authorised Dealer Bank and ensure that the applicable requirements are being followed from the effective date.

📌 Professional tip: Don’t treat every foreign inward remittance as an export receipt automatically. The nature of the transaction and the parties involved should be examined under FEMA.

For awareness purposes. Applicability may vary based on the nature and structure of the transaction.

On 8 September 2026, a Division Bench of the Delhi High Court directed GST authorities across India:

Fresh GST registration should not be allowed without biometric-based Aadhaar authentication.

The direction came after cases where fraudsters allegedly used stolen/frozen PAN and Aadhaar details to obtain GST registrations in innocent persons' names.

GST REGISTRATION *
BIOMETRIC AADHAAR AUTHENTICATION →
STRONGER IDENTITY VERIFICATION →
CURB FAKE GST REGISTRATIONS

Nobody talks about how lonely it feels to become who you prayed to be.

You study when nobody notices.
You rebuild when nobody believes.
You keep going while silently falling apart.

But maybe this loneliness isn't breaking you…
Maybe it's teaching you how to stand alone.

One day, you'll thank yourself for surviving this chapter. 🖤

Follow me if you're silently building a life you're proud of.

Save this for the day you feel like giving up. 🫂
