Gathering launches its Autumn/Winter 2026 collection at Dover Street Market London, alongside selected stockists worldwide and online. The collection brings together handwoven and naturally dyed textiles from India, fabrics sourced from Japan and China, and heritage British waxed cotton. Presented in earthy, muddy tones, each material is shaped through traditional processes of washing, hand-painting, dyeing and weaving, reinterpreted for modern, functional use. Rather than seeking uniformity, Gathering embraces the irregularities of hand production—from variations in the weave to the depth of natural dyes—as defining qualities of each garment. With yarn and dyeing processes directly influenced by weather and season, quantities are naturally limited and no two batches can be exactly repeated. The accompanying lookbook features members of Gathering’s wider community, including artists, chefs, buyers, writers and image-makers—friends brought together over the years and reflective of the world in which the collection is intended to live. We asked Preston to put together an outfit with some of his favorite pieces we have in store right now, and he grabbed an assortment of Gorsch, Gathering, and Y’2 Leather for a flowy transitional-season look. A refreshing reminder that looking good and feeling comfortable do not have to be mutually-exclusive. #standardandstrange #ateliergorsch #gathering #y2leather #handmadeclothing

Autumn/Winter 2026 Komune Lookbook Shot in Abiquiú, New Mexico Talent: @avacabu & @sp4cetown —— Look 1: Cmmawear Look 2: Cobble Du Designed by Rico Mori and based in Japan, Cobble Du is one of our newest womenswear brands. Rico’s work is about rebellion. Her AW26 examines habit, and how that routine becomes a sort of choreography. —— Autumn / Winter 2026 Komune Lookbook Shot in Abiquiú, New Mexico Talent: @avacabu & @sp4cetown Shoes from @313newyork In Rico’s words: “Nothing new is born within a fixed routine alone, yet there are also worlds that can only be seen by continuing to repeat that routine.” Thank you to @the.long.year and @kiyo111 for putting us on. —— Autumn / Winter 2026 Komune Lookbook Shot in Abiquiú, New Mexico Talent: @avacabu & @sp4cetown Shoes from @313newyork Look 3: Blackmerle This year marks our 4th year working with Terry and his team. To us, Terry’s obsession with creating, maintaining, and growing blackmerle’s universe has always been the most inspiring part of his work. —— Autumn / Winter 2026 Komune Lookbook Shot in Abiquiú, New Mexico Talent: @avacabu & @sp4cetown Finish him!
—— Autumn / Winter 2026 Komune Lookbook Shot in Abiquiú, New Mexico Talent: @avacabu & @sp4cetown Look 4: Leoal Leoal’s AW26 is only the brand’s second collection. —— Autumn / Winter 2026 Komune Lookbook Shot in Abiquiú, New Mexico Talent: @avacabu & @sp4cetown When we first met Leo and Becky, the duo designers behind the brand, Leo talked about the techniques he used nonstop. We didn’t know too much about knit, but were fascinated nonetheless.
Both Cassie and I have grown quite emotionally attached to the brand, since we first saw them in Paris two seasons ago. —— Autumn / Winter 2026 Komune Lookbook Shot in Abiquiú, New Mexico Talent: @avacabu & @sp4cetown Look 5: Bibliotherk Bib is defined by subversive (almost weird) design. It’s lovely. A trench coat looks normal until you realize only the cuffs are lined and the shoulders are cut to sit on your elbows.

Entropy is Bibliotherk’s harmony. —— Autumn / Winter 2026 Komune Lookbook Shot in Abiquiú, New Mexico Talent: @avacabu & @sp4cetown Look 6: Templ

to soon old // too late wise Lookbook SS27 for @___gathering___ Photo by @mizah_jbr On vieillit bien avant de comprendre comment vivre, et la sagesse arrive presque toujours trop tard. On ne comprend l’erreur qu’après l’avoir commise (ou pas), jamais avant.
