Open practice without instructor @cryssw at @___karmastudios

Three classes in four days is serious conditioning

I am covered in bruises and feeling proud of my progress 💪🏻💫✨

Tonight’s combo: climb, hello boys, Jasmine into a split.

My attempt to fit in some self care before my car decided to stall in a sketchy Oshawa parking lot and had a menty b on the phone with my brother & P 🙃

All this to say: happy spooky szn fighting gravity and whatever is in retrograde 🪐 ✨
