On Sunday, I had the opportunity to speak on the #GirlTalkBrunch panel about my journey with PCOS and starting #findinghopewithPCOS ! I’m always honored when I am asked to speak anywhere and I make sure I represent my #cysters 🦋 I always hope that someone learns something new, feels encouraged or thinks more about taking a true interest in their own bodies and health! #swipeleft

My #WCW goes out to all these amazing women who were courageous enough to share their stories with us, the founder of this event @iamericabell who is so transparent, authentic and a loving soul...and my family and friends who are dope women that always support me and are the true definition of a sister circle 💙

I’m sooooooo happy to been blessed to have shared this time with my loves, and wither we just met, or have known each other for years; just know I love you. Not looking forward to seeing my sisters leave but I will love on them for as long as they’re here. 😍😍😘😘😘😘

OH EM GEEEEE!!! I haven’t seen my Sis in nearly 14yrs!!! When she told me she’d be in town, there was nothing that would stop me from seeing her!!! She was one of the first people that I made friends with in high school, and we’re still just as goofy as we were then. We were too busy enjoying each other’s company that we didn’t take a whole lot of pics, nor did we go live. Sis, I love you immensely, and always will. No matter where how far apart we are, I will always be here for you. I’m still awaiting the day when you move here but the decision is yours. If you ever need a getaway, I’ve got a guest room for ya. I sooooo enjoyed our time spent, and surely didn’t want it to end. If I don’t see you before you leave, know that I’m praying for your traveling mercies, and for you to return home safely. Oh yeah... I meant home as in ATLANTA, GA!!! #WOOPWOOP #Scooty #BooToNJYayforGA #MeAndYouMustNeverPart #Makidada #LoveYou
