POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Trip Number 003 🙏
A few weeks ago, I shared a selection of illustrations for the first time with intention. After seven years of drawing and filling over 27 sketchbooks, it felt awesome to finally open it up and let people in.

A huge thanks to Xposed Gallery for giving me the space to share my vision. And to Olya for all the encouragement and the surprise of my eye print framed (Adriaan too). The video Olya and Santiago created brought it all together in a way that felt heart warming and authentic. I’m deeply grateful.

To everyone who came through, thank you. It was so nice to see friends from all walks of my life. I loved seeing people connect, deep conversations happening, and new bonds being made. Thank you for showing up, asking questions, spending time with the work, and bringing your energy. You helped make the night what it was!!!

Big love to Romain for closing out the evening with his music, Opal for pulling off a last-minute after-party and the post-party cleanup too, Satiago and Alex for capturing through their lenses, Adriaan for the nourishment, Nana for bringing yummy Celeste, Frederick for the bubbles and John for the after venue. And Brandon, Alana and Dave for adding your thoughtful touches. Respect to all the DJs (Illich, Noam and Mikey) who shared music and kept the energy going into the wee hours of the morning.

Iva, my beautiful partner. Thank you for being my sounding board, for holding space through all the waves, and for loving me through it all. Your support means more than I can say.

Lesley, thank you for being there and helping with your hospitality. You’ve been with me since birth, and it meant everything to share this with you.

If something from that night stayed with you - a feeling, an image, a spark to create - follow it. A small creative practice can go a long way. Art heals!

This was just the beginning…

🧊- Favorite popsicle flavor: red

📻 - Favorite track at the moment:
Music Is The Cure - Cee ElAssaad, Lee Wilson

🫶- How did you meet Robyn: I met Robyn outside of @sacsix studio a 2022. Since then we have admired each others art. @rysq_ny 🙏

☀️- Why you chose to join the art co-op this season: I love the concept and thought it was a beautiful way to share some of my photos in a printed format amongst some amazing artists and creators. And also raise some funds for charity.

Thank you @sacsix for creating such a special place for creativity, showing art and gathering community! So cool to meet so many artists and likeminded peeps. And get a few dope pieces for my collection.

Stoked to have participated with my “keep it real” vase. 🌸 Thank you @rysq_ny for giving it a home. And big ups to those who supported the limited NYXO x SacSix tee. ✌️🙏

Cheers to what’s next!!!
