We’re coming up to our 5th year in business, and one thing we’ve noticed is that the first quarter tends to be slower, with projects picking up in the second half of the year. While these quiet periods are never easy for small agencies like ours, they’re also great opportunities to regroup, brainstorm, and get creative (some of our best ideas often come out of these times). All in all, 2024 ended up being one of our most productive years, with lots of great highlights along the way. Here’s a little recap 👇 🌊 January: We finalised mixed-media animated promotional and brand videos for Splash Foundation, a Hong Kong non-profit focused on teaching people from under-resourced communities how to swim. 🎨 March: We returned to Art Basel as the fair’s official photography and videography partner for the fourth consecutive year. This also brought us the opportunity to work with one of their main sponsors, one of the biggest yacht companies in the world — Sanlorenzo Yachts. 🏋🏻 June: We kickstarted a partnership with House of Fitness, providing not only photography and video production but overall marketing campaigns that increased their membership base by 300%. 🐒 October: This one was a hard-hitter! We flew to Lisbon to capture another edition of ApeFest — an epic week during which we gathered a team of people from 7 countries and made incredible memories we’ll never forget. It was also goodtakesonly’s first international project, which felt like a big milestone. ⌚ November: Back in Hong Kong, we produced more than 20 videos and over a thousand photos of the Horology Forum, a 3-day satellite event held by Dubai Watch Week gathering the watch industry’s finest crowd. 🎸 December: We wrapped up the year by shooting Clockenflap for the second time, finishing the year on a high note. Thanks to all of our clients, partners and friends for making us bring our A-game in 2024. 2025, bring it on 🤘
