For today’s pilot introductions, meet Justin Fox!

Justin is a founding member of Airythmia, joining the team in 2021 for its debut at @eaa AirVenture. Since then, he has performed at major airshows across the country, including @flysnf, the @njairshow, @wobairshow, and the @capitalairshow.

Justin has been flying paramotors since 2014 and began instructing in 2018. Today, he is a @usppa_org Instructor Administrator, allowing him to train and evaluate instructors as well as beginner pilots. He’s also the founder of @leadingedgeppg, a paramotor school in Schoolcraft, Michigan, where he combines flight instruction with his extensive mechanical background.

Growing up in Alaska as the son of an Air Force air traffic controller, Justin developed a lifelong passion for aviation, adventure, and exploration from an early age. He later became an active member of the paramotor community, organizing fly-ins and adventure trips across the country.

With decades of experience in mechanics and welding, Justin designs and fabricates paramotor equipment, including his own titanium SkyFox paramotor. He also specializes in engine diagnostics, servicing, and frame repairs.

Beyond the airshow circuit, Justin serves as an Ultralight Co-Chairman in AirVenture’s Fun Fly Zone and previously served on EAA’s Ultralight and Light-Sport Council. His experience also extends to free flight and SIV training. For Justin, one of the most rewarding parts of flying with Airythmia is inspiring the next generation of aviators.

As we unpack from an unforgettable week at the California Capital Airshow, we’re grateful to have been part of such an incredible event. While the California Capital Airshow was celebrating its 20th anniversary, we were excited to make our first appearance. The week also brought a lot of other special firsts for our team.

Thank you to our fellow performers for the fellowship, mentorship, and support. We’re honored and inspired to share the ramp, the sky, and the weekend with such an amazing group of people.

A huge thank you to the entire California Capital Airshow team for having us. You’re absolute professionals, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to bring Airythmia to Sacramento and share our passion with a sold out crowd!

Thank you to all the volunteers, sponsors, and everyone behind the scenes who helped make this show happen. We had an unforgettable week and it wouldn’t have been possible without you!

Finally, thank you to everyone who watched us light up the twilight skies, shined your lights at us, and brought your energy! Whether you’ve been following Airythmia for years or this was your first time seeing us fly, you’re the reason we do what we do!

What an incredible weekend at Wings Over Batavia! 💥🪂💥

For the fourth year, we had the absolute privilege of returning to WOB—and somehow, it just keeps getting better! From flying into the performer party Friday night after rehearsal to lighting up the skies with two evening performances Saturday and Sunday, we had an absolute blast from start to finish!

But an airshow is so much more than what takes place in the sky. It takes an incredible team of people working behind the scenes to make a weekend like this possible.

To the fans who came out, cheered us on, and shared our love of aviation: we can’t thank you enough! To the volunteers, staff, vendors, sponsors, and first responders who gave their time, energy, resources, and expertise to make WOB26 happen: thank you. Your hard work is what makes weekends like this possible, and we’re incredibly grateful to be a small part of it.

And to the entire Wings Over Batavia team: thank you for welcoming us back year after year and making us feel like part of the family. We always look forward to this weekend, and we’re already looking forward to the next one!

A huge thank you as well to our fellow performers for the support, and everyone behind the scenes who helped keep the show running safely and smoothly. We’re incredibly fortunate to share the ramp, the sky, and the weekend with such an amazing group of people.

Finally, thank you to everyone who watched us light up the skies. Whether you’ve been following Airythmia for years or this was your first time seeing us fly, you’re the reason we get to do what we do.

WOB26 was one for the books. We’ll be sorting through a mountain of photos and video and can’t wait to share more from an unforgettable weekend! If you have photos or video you’d like to share, we’d love to see them!
