Sterling silver, birds claw, bone, synthetic opal, rock crystal, duck feather, swan feathers, mother of pearl.

Had the best time making this work. Lots of cute trips to @vam_east looking at ballet costumes.

Each piece is named insdividually but I don't wanna type it all out. Thanks to @daisypomford & @___winona for helping me

London based artist @___winona has just shown her graduate collection, titled “Curiomantive,” a term she coined herself to describe “a small decorative object intended to encourage intrigue and promote a more romantic relationship with the everyday.” She draws heavily on historical objects such as baby rattles, powder flasks and snuff bottles, reinterpreting their mechanisms to create contemporary designs that invite longer engagement as you wonder about their use. That sense of not quite knowing is what keeps the romanticism alive in her objects, a feeling she wants you to carry into your relationships with the everyday things around you.
