✨ WHAT A FEW MONTHS IT’S BEEN ✨ After a very busy few months in the pageant world, I wanted to take a moment to celebrate some of the incredible achievements of my clients. 🤍 From @missuniversegb, @missinternationaluk , @missgranduk, @miss_wales_official to the missgb_official regional heats, I have been so proud to watch these girls step onto the stage, put their training into action and, most importantly, grow in confidence along the way. 🏆 Incredible Placements 👏🏽 👑 Titles & crowns for some lucky ladies! ✨ Awards & achievements for those that have excelled 💫 Personal goals smashed too! Every girl has her own journey, and I couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of them. Seeing the hard work, dedication and confidence that goes into months of preparation translate onto the stage is one of the best parts of coaching. A huge congratulations to all of my clients! Whether your achievement is featured in these photos or not, I see how hard you work and I’m incredibly proud of you, you’re time will come🤍 And we’re not slowing down just yet… 👑 The Miss Great Britain Finals are coming this October, which means another very busy few months of interview preparation, confidence building and catwalk coaching are ahead! A month ago, we had the honour of hosting a wine tasting in London as part of a fundraising event supporting a charity dedicated to empowering and protecting women around the world. As a female-founded company, this event meant a lot to us. We believe that businesses have the opportunity to give back, support important causes, and bring people together through meaningful experiences. It was a wonderful evening filled with great conversations, incredible people, and, of course, exceptional wine. Knowing that we could play a small part in supporting such an important cause made it even more special. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening such a success. ENJOY EVERY MOMENT✨ Nearly a week ago, I walked onto the Miss Universe Great Britain stage feeling excited, grateful and completely ready to embrace whatever happened next. I had no idea just how much this experience would change me✨ If you’re someone who’s sceptical about pageants, I’d simply encourage you to meet the women! Behind the gowns and the glamour are some of the most intelligent, driven, compassionate and inspiring women I have ever met. Women who celebrate one another, lift each other up and genuinely want to see each other succeed 🤍 Together, we raised an incredible £45,000 for @asisterhood 🧡 But if you ask me, the greatest thing we created that week wasn’t a fundraising total or a title. It was a sisterhood. One week later, I don’t just leave with memories. I leave with friendships that I know will last a lifetime✨ This was my very first pageant, and it taught me one of the biggest lessons of all… If you don’t try, you’ll never know. For over ten years, I felt like I had slowly lost parts of myself while chasing careers, expectations and simply getting through life. This week reminded me who I am. To everyone who supported me, cheered me on, donated, voted, shared my journey or simply believed in me… thank you. You helped make this one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life 🙏🏻 To Paula and the entire @missuniversegb family, thank you for creating so much more than a competition. Thank you for creating a space where women can grow, support one another and leave stronger than they arrived ♥️ And to every single finalist… thank you. You are extraordinary!!!!💖 Thank you for picking me as your Miss Congeniality!🙏🏻 Out of every award I could have received, being recognised by the women who stood beside me every day is something I will treasure forever. The end of an era ✨ 10 years in the making and pageant land, you’ve been a pleasure. I’m very grateful to have graced the MUGB stage and placed 1st Runner Up 🤍 My heart and soul went into this prep, even whilst going through the hardest few weeks of my life. If I’ve learned anything, it’s that my resilience is my strongest asset. I’m SO proud of myself and this is the best I’ve ever felt. I genuinely left no stone unturned and I couldn’t have done/given anything more 🤍 I can’t thank @paulaabbandonato enough for everything she does, not only for the MUGB contestants but for women across the globe. Paula, you are a powerhouse and you’ll never understand the amount of respect I have for you. Thank you to @freyapotentiacoaching for helping me feel 🔥! 10 life lessons from Miss Universe GB 👑✨ 1. Making new friends is, and always will be, the biggest reason I take part in pageants. The sisterhood is something really special. ❤️ 2. Putting yourself out there is incredibly hard, especially if you don’t get the outcome you dream of, BUT the self-development side is second to none. Every year I leave learning something new about myself, with skills and confidence I’ll take into everyday life, and therefore I know NOT putting yourself there and NOT trying is much harder. Growing is painful remember. 3. Going absolutely feral to music in the woods in Wales is still one of the best ways to reconnect with yourself. 🌲🎶 And it’s always a good idea to be last on the dance floor, even if you have a 1am spray tan to get to and a 6am wake up call! 4. If you’re entering a three-legged race, always pick the fittest girl you can find. Trust me. 😂 5. Getting styled by Dani is worth every second. My outfits were my personality to a t and I’ve never felt more me ✨ 6. Learning from these two absolute powerhouses will always make you better. They know what they’re doing and they go above and beyond and care deeply about every single girl, it’s obvious why they won! 7. Getting ready next to your OG bestie makes the whole experience even more special. ❤️ 8. Sharing a room with your sister also guarantees the best memories (and plenty of laughs, but she is a messy mare) 9. You might not have the “traditional” Miss Universe body, if there even is one, but giving fitness a go and becoming the best version of yourself is all you can do, and you’ll feel so much more confident because of it. This mind, body, and soul has ran two marathons in two years remember! 10. The memories, friendships, and the person you become along the way will always matter more than the result, and you’ll be thrilled with the result because the winner is a total babe anyway Another unforgettable Miss Universe GB. Grateful for every lesson, every laugh, and every incredible woman I got to share it with 💫

What an incredible experience this has been! From putting my socially awkward self into a room full of strangers, to building up the courage to interview with news channels, to making my disorganised self organise an event, to standing on stage despite my stage fright and anxiety - I really and truly pushed my comfort zone as much as I could and in all honesty this is not something new - I do this all the time because I really believe that great things are waiting for you outside of your comfort zone. The great things that waited for me: - the experience of being amongst some of Great Britain’s most beautiful women - inside and out. - the experience of watching myself speak so freely on news channels - the feeling of being supported by my loved ones and so so so many wonderful strangers online that I consider my online family I knew from the outset that this will be my first and last pageant and I leave having so much appreciation and respect for the pageant world. Like every other female dominated field, pageantry does not get the credit it deserves. The hard work and dedication that goes into this is like nothing else I’ve ever seen. By far one of the most challenging but rewarding endeavours I’ve witnessed. It’s switched my brain chemistry into wanting to work that much harder for my goals and I’m forever grateful for it. To paraphrase my wonderful fellow finalist @gabrielatudor we might not all have gotten the cherry on top, but we definitely all walked home with the cake. Thank you to @missuniversegb and @paulaabbandonato for this wonderful wonderful experience - these are memories that I will bore my children and grandchildren with time and time again.
