Can you believe it has been a week since 2026 Strath Rodeo Quest?!!!!🤯

In celebration of our Queen, Princess and runner ups being crowned one week ago…….
Our incredible sponsors of the quest will be receiving their own sponsor spotlight over this weekend so stay tuned👀

First up….
🌟Darby Lodge Equestrian Centre🌟

This incredibly generous business sponsored the Strath Rodeo Queen Crown and 2026 Queen buckle❤️‍🔥
Have a look at the detail of each of them in the photo below😮‍💨

The stunning crown will be passed on at next year’s 2027 Strath Rodeo Queen Quest and will continued to be passed onto our next generations of queens to come. 👑 Could you be lucky to wear it next??

The 2026 Strath Rodeo Queen buckle is a show stopper and I know I cannot wait to show it off😮‍💨

Without Darby Lodge’s incredible generosity, we would not have been able to provide either the crown or the buckle.

Please get around Darby Lodge and show your support by going and following their page.

Even better….if you are looking for horse agistment or a stunning place to ride please go and check them out!
Located in the breath taking backdrop of Mount Baker and Hahndorf. More details can be found on their website : https://darbylodgeequestrian.com.au or on Facebook

I know I will be planning a ride in the massive in door arena🤩 anyone want to tag along?

INTERNATIONAL DAY OF RURAL WOMEN | Happy International Day of Rural Women to the extraordinary women who contribute so much to the strength, character, prosperity and future of our agricultural industries, regional communities and rural Australia.

This year has been particularly special as we took the spirit of ‘Day of Rural Women’ into regional communities through our Year of the Female Farmer Regional Showcase series, creating opportunities for women to connect, share their experiences, celebrate their achievements and have conversations that genuinely matter.

And what an extraordinary privilege it has been to meet so many remarkable women doing remarkable things;
women building agricultural enterprises, growing businesses, leading organisations, raising families, strengthening communities and creating opportunities for the generations coming behind them. Women whose intelligence, resilience, generosity and leadership are often far greater than the recognition they receive.

What has stayed with me most is not simply the calibre of these women, but the depth of their character, their willingness to share knowledge, their humour, their humility and the extraordinary connection that emerges when women are given the space to come together.

Our regions are not short of talent, ambition, expertise or leadership; what we need is continued investment in the opportunities, visibility and connections that allow rural women to thrive.

I have always believed that when we invest in rural women, the benefits extend far beyond the individual and it strengthens businesses, families, industries, local economies and the social fabric of entire communities.

To every woman who joined us in Keith, Strathalbyn, Mount Gambier, Horsham and Saddleworth, thank you. We are better because you shared your story, supported each other, and helped bring these gatherings to life.

Thank you also to our sponsors Nutrien Ag Solutions, Thomas Foods International, BASF, RDA, TRAC and Westpac.

Here’s to the women who make AusAg, our communities and our regions extraordinary, and to ensuring their contribution is never mistaken for ordinary.

If you’ve ever wondered what it looks like when creativity, country life and the courage to back yourself come together, Belle Styles is a beautiful example.

Belle is a South Australian photographer, visual artist, country singer, entrepreneur, horsewoman and passionate advocate for rural and western communities.

Creativity has always been part of Belle’s story. Her Year 12 artwork was selected for the SACE Art Exhibition, and after creating hundreds of commissioned artworks, she turned that same creative eye towards photography.

Today, she is the woman behind Belle Styles Studios and BS Country Co., bringing together photography, storytelling and country-inspired apparel while capturing the people, landscapes and culture of rural Australia.

Belle is also an emerging country singer and songwriter, making the Top 12 country singers at Queensland’s iconic Ekka this year.

And then there are the horses.

A mum of two, long-time rider and barrel racer, Belle represented South Australia in the 2025 Australian Rodeo Queen Quest and is passionate about creating opportunities for the next generation of country women.

On 17 October, she’ll continue that work through the Strath Rodeo Queen Quest, celebrating horsemanship, confidence, sportsmanship and community.

🐎👑

Belle is a photographer, artist, singer, businesswoman, mum and horsewoman. She doesn’t just capture country life through a lens. She lives it, creates within it, sings about it and contributes to the community surrounding it.

We are thrilled to have Belle joining us at Year of the Female Farmer Strathalbyn, sharing her creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and grounded perspective with the women in the room.
