A wise man once told me, that life is about doing things with people that you love; and ultimately that this is the purest meaning of life. In many ways I had felt it is honourable to do life alone, yet the opportunity is missed to be loved, to grow through being supported, to be thought about and to be witnessed in the process of life; to the point that perhaps people around me now know me better than myself.

26 years; many lessons, challenges, relationships and moments of pure joy, yet the biggest, the journey of allowing those who choose to love me into my life, softening into being held and celebrated for my essence in this world.

This has been no easy feat, I have resisted, avoided and run away from this very love which I seek; being left drowning in a puddle of my own creation, funnily enough ignoring the helping, healing hands of my loved ones.

That is what makes this birthday so sweet, knowing that I have chosen to let this love in, not just on one day but slowly over the last year, practising being a villager, getting out of my own way and fostering connections with my people, my family and myself ❤️

Yet, I had to go on this journey to discover myself, my values, what is truly important to me and what i cannot live without. Friends that don’t have to fight to love me, a community that holds me in all of my challenges, and celebrates me through all of my successes. Life’s greatest privilege, to love and be loved; something that I no longer take for granted, expect or choose to ignore; this year I let all the love into my heart, as this nourishes my soul and allows me to continue my quest, with those who I love right by my side.

So thank you, to everyone that contributes to my life, that offers your perspective, challenges me and helps me to see myself more clearly; this life is challenging enough as it is, so to myself; continue to let the love in, continue to take responsibility for my role in this life and remember…

You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.

And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. ✨

tonight, i launch THE RETURN. 🤍
and today, i’ve spent some time sitting in such deep gratitude, reflecting on the very first time i ever facilitated a space for women, back in february 2025. 🥹

i went back and watched the videos from that day, and honestly, i’m SO emotional.

these raw, real little clips captured exactly how i felt in that moment. the excitement, the disbelief, the pure joy of getting to do something that lit me up from the inside out.

and watching them back has reaffirmed something so deeply within me.

THIS IS WHAT I WAS PUT ON THIS EARTH TO DO. 🤍

@journal_of_jian you for opening that door for me and giving me the opportunity to facilitate in community. you saw something in me before i could fully see it in myself, and i will forever be grateful for that first YES.

@__chloekate was right by my side the very first time i ever facilitated — i have SO much love for you. sharing that experience with you was so special, and you have truly been an absolute rock throughout this journey. 🥹

sometimes, all we need at the beginning is someone who believes in us. someone who sees that little spark, gives us a push, and reminds us of what’s possible before we can fully see it for ourselves.

because one opportunity, one person, one little YES can change the entire trajectory of your life.

and look where i am now.

october 2026. running my own business, earning my own income, creating the spaces i once dreamed of holding, and living a life of freedom down here in Margs.

so if there is something living inside you right now — a dream, a vision, a feeling you can’t quite shake — PLEASE DON’T DISMISS IT.

you don’t need to have it all figured out or see the entire path ahead of you. sometimes, you just need to trust yourself enough to take that first step. 🤍

you are the conscious creator of your reality, and there is so much magic in what becomes possible when you start believing in yourself and giving yourself permission to pursue the life that feels true to you. ✨

✨ 20TALK Fundraiser ✨
On Sunday 23rd August, we’re coming together for a beautiful morning of movement, connection and community all to support an incredible cause 💛

One of our incredible leaders, @__chloekate is taking on the 20 Hours for 20TALK Challenge on 6th September, where she’ll spend 20 hours in a 2m x 2m square alongside 400 others, raising awareness and vital funds for @20_talk 🗣️

To help support her fundraising, we’re hosting:

🍓 50 Strawberry Matcha by @berrybaebowls made fresh on the morning
🤍 Connection, community & a slow Sunday morning

This is an open community event!
Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re coming on your own, with friends, your partner, or family, we’d love to have you there. Come along, move your body, connect with others and support an important cause.

Every ticket purchased goes directly to Chloe’s 20TALK fundraiser, helping support the important work @20_talk does in mental health awareness, education, and support 🌸
