Our last trip of last year we decided to do a little back to back to really utilize the minimal travel time. We started off with Tomorrowland which was honestly the biggest bittersweet experience have had in a long time. It was great that the festival still went on and don't get me wrong, I get it's a huge scramble with the mainstage burning down right before the festival, but honestly was not too happy with the response. When we arrived to dreamville they made an announcement the evening before the festival was supposed to begin saying if they didn't have a proper alternative, everyone in camping would be stuck there until Saturday with just mainstream artists playing and anyone who held the 3 day/single day passes would be allowed into the festival with no mainstage area. Luckily they got a makeshift mainstage for the weekend, honestly was just glad we weren't stuck in dreamville, but still left a very bad taste in my mouth. We brought new people along, including Grace's first time, these people all paid full amount, even more than the original year I went, just to have no mainstage. People save years for this and sometimes could be the only trip for a long time, how is that fair to everyone to pay full price yet not get a full experience. Definitely won't be pushing too hard for TML Belgium anymore, especially with being one of the largest money makers, just really rubbed me the wrong way, to even consider leaving everyone in the camping area. Besides all the negativity on that, we had a great weekend, saw one of the most unique sets on the last night, Angerfist b2b Reiner Sonneveld, absolutely mental mix of genres, saw the live symphony for the first time which literally had me tearing up lol, got to reunite with my Belgium bro Jordy and in this small world my brother introduced me to a solid raver, Ryan, who by chance goes to the same gym as him in another city 😅, love the connections. Glad we all came together properly and made the best out of unfortunate circumstances, can't imagine going through it solo, was great to have good people along to salvage the weekend.

Also quite happy we had Liquicity to finish things off properly after 😅

Can't believe its already 2026 and didn't even post any of the events from last year. Well finally time to share the festivals/travels we made it out to last year. In March finally made it to the last harder styles event I have been dreaming of since I was in high school, @mastersofhardcore . After hitting Dominator twice I figured I had to finally check out MoH, I knew it was indoors but figured it would have its own unique experience, plus Outblast came back for a set and that alone was enough lol. As far as an indoor event goes it was huge, talking like enercare center every room being used, reminded me of Homebass a little. Very well done, no sound bleed, numerous rooms with different styles of hardcore. The biggest pain was the mainstage area, it constantly read it was full but you just had to wait with a crowd at some other gates to enter, which is an odd feeling you already made it in to the event, to be now waiting again to enter a mainstage area especially when it's a crowd of people. Waiting 10/15 minutes isnt the biggest deal but can definitely damper the vibe a little when you just trying to get to the next set. And of course being an indoor venue, very limited on any extras like a huge fireworks show or rides. The heritage set absolutely took it for me, heard all the songs I used to listen to back in high school, was truly a special moment, of course Outblast b2b Angerfist was truly spectacular, still got some lil fireworks and obviously lazers where going full force so overall a great experience but doubt I would be back. I definitely prefer outdoor festivals/events there is just an element lost indoors, plus the damn heat lol. Topped it off with a nice stay in Amsterdam for a few days and got to bring along @__dissgraceful for our first trip together, she also enjoyed Moh so I feel like Dominator this year will be an even better experience.
