Training acro as an adult is definitely challenging, but that’s what makes it so rewarding.

Every class is a reminder that growth comes from being willing to step outside your comfort zone.

Our bodies are capable of so much more than we often believe, and it’s never too late to keep learning, improving, and challenging yourself.

Throwback to the first day of #TrainingwithTravon 🥹

So thankful for all of the dancers who have shared, trained, and grown with me over the past year and a half. I’m forever grateful to learn, exchange, and create alongside such genuine talent and even better humans.

A huge thank you to every dancer who has been here since the beginning, and to everyone who has joined along the way. Every single one of you has been a part of making this community what it is.

Cheers to everything we’ve built so far, and I can’t wait to dance with you all again soon!!!

If you want more information please send a message and let’s chat! Now accepting a few more people for the month of August!!

Thank you all for pushing with me in my first open class in years. I feel so refreshed and inspired dancing with my friends and meeting so many new ones.

So thankful dance brings us all together no matter what. There is so much power in movement and diversity :)

Grateful for the energy, the trust, and the work.

Twas lovely being able to be apart of @mvdfaz in another amazing set.

Proud of all of us and saw some amazing pieces that had me absolutely geeked and felt so blessed to be in such a dope environment again!

Whoever saw the show yesterday I messed up pretty bad but whatever you do just keep moving and keep it pushing and use that to fuel you to be bettaaa. I got down on myself but Ty to all the beautiful ppl that brought me out of that and showered me with good thoughts n energy only.

I can’t wait to be on this stage again and again and again 💃🏻
