Want to improve your gut health? 👀🌱 Here’s what your meals should actually look like! More whole foods. More fiber. More plants. More variety. 🥑🥦🍓🔥

Think whole grains, beans, chickpeas, veggies, fruits, healthy fats and foods that keep your plate colorful and your gut happy.

Save this for your next grocery run & send it to somebody who needs to see this! 👏🏽

Want to learn how to eat this way for 21 days? comment “PLANTS” 🌱

🌱This is what my ladies are eating during the challenge 🌱

Real food. Full meals. Flavor. Variety. And NO, we are not sitting around eating salads all day 😂

This is exactly why I love showing what happens inside this challenge because sometimes people hear “plant based” and immediately think boring, restrictive, or rabbit food.

Meanwhile… look at these meals 😂👏🏾

September is coming! Comment PLANTS if you want the details 🌱💚

“I could never eat like that…”

I hear it all the time.

People assume healthy eating means bland salads, tiny portions, and giving up everything they love.

Swipe through these photos and tell me… does any of this look boring? 😏🌱

Here’s what most people get wrong…

The goal isn’t to eat less. The goal is to eat smarter.

When your plate is built around fiber-rich carbohydrates, colorful vegetables, healthy fats, and quality protein, you’re giving your body what it actually needs to stay full, energized, and satisfied.

That’s why constantly picking at snacks all day or surviving on salads usually backfires. If your meals don’t satisfy you, your cravings will.

The women in my challenge aren’t learning how to “diet.” They’re learning how to build meals they can enjoy for the rest of their lives 💃🏾 and that’s where real transformation happens.

August registration is officially OPEN! 🌿

If you’re ready to stop guessing what to eat and finally follow a plan that teaches you how to nourish your body, DM me “PLANTS” and I’ll send you all the details. 💚

I’d love to help you become the next testimonial. 🤍

✨Client Testimonials✨

Nothing like real testimonies 🙏🏾🥹 because THIS is exactly what Tiny Waist, Happy Gut was created for.

Not just inches lost… but women feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally. One of my clients said this challenge made her feel the lightest she’s felt “in weight and in spirit” in a very long time and whew 😭 that alone says everything.

Another woman shared that within the first week she had already dropped pounds and inches in her waist while building new disciplines and habits that carried into her everyday life. Someone else said this challenge completely changed the way she viewed plant-based eating because she realized healthy food can actually taste GOOD and make you feel GOOD too 👏🏽🌱

And that’s what I love most about this community. These women are learning their bodies, becoming more intentional, healing their gut, decreasing bloating, improving digestion, gaining energy, and finally finding a routine they can stay consistent with.

The accountability, support, education, and encouragement inside this challenge is REAL. I stay on top of my girls because I genuinely care about their results and I think these testimonials speak for themselves 🥹✨

If you’ve been wanting:
🌱 a smaller waist naturally
🌱 better eating habits
🌱 less bloating + inflammation
🌱 more energy
🌱 structure + accountability
🌱 a healthier relationship with food
