Happy Last day in Scotland sis 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Fact we met 2000 miles away, and lived 10 mins away from eachother means we were forever destined to meet, so i doubt no amount of miles can ever affect us 👏🏼♥️

The world doesnt realise how lucky it is to have someone as beautiful, fun, caring, and full of energy, ready to explore it. I hope every person that crosses your path fills you with joy and you them. I hope they are remembering their own memories years from now, and their hearts fill with love as they remember meeting you.

You genuinely bring so much joy to every room you enter, and im so glad you entered mine ♥️

So so proud of you - shine bright across that big world baby xxx

What a special lil’ moment watching this back and feeling the impact you have on people - so beyond lucky!!! 🥹✨🫀

I could speak till I’m blue in the face about Emma’s mental and physical transformation but yous all know the script by now

So beyond proud of her lil impulsive decision, and life changing moment she decided to JUST START 🤏🤏🤏

So many of my clients start out feeling the same way as Emma, not sure when and where to start, in constant cycles of stopping and starting but with the right guidance and person in your corner (me xxxx) that can all change

So my advice to you, do the damn thing and JUST START

Feel like Emma with not sure where to start and stuck in a complete cycle? I’m your gal - let’s have a chat and get you feeling as good as Miss Emma ⏳

A grid post for a girl I could not be more proud of if I tried 🫀

@__emmalynnwilson the woman you are !!!!

This girl came to me having known me for years with her confidence maybe the lowest I’ve ever seen (which is hard to believe because if you know this chick she is the funniest, most confident and gorgeous humans you will ever meet)

We always knew with Emma she was a social butterfly, she lives life to the fullest and is spontaneous as hell

I never wanted to coach her out of that or have her think she had to give that up to make progress

So we built her a plan that fit AROUND her lifestyle - rather than BECAME her whole lifestyle

But pls dont get it confused - just because the plan allowed for nights out, meals with friends and weekends away / holidays doesn’t mean it was easy at all

On the days we were working it was working HARD to allow that flexibility - she did not give up once even though I reckon she wanted to maybe 10 times 🤭🤭🤭

Emma completely my group photoshoot last weekend and looked absolutely sensational - the confidence and happiness was absolutely radiating 💛

The physical changes speak for themselves, but honestly seeing her become HER again is really the most special part of all this for me

Soooo proud of you miss Emma - can’t wait to see you smash life travelling the world - Glasgow and GC Coaching will miss you 🥹🌍

BTS from our very first GC Coaching Group Photoshoot 🥹✨📸

Watching these girls come together and work so hard towards this has been so special

Safe to say our day was full of laughs, dancing and plenty of prosecco and pizza 🤭🤭🤭

How unbelievable do the girls look 👀

Can’t wait to get the final shots and share them with you all 🩵
