I couldn’t agree more about how tough prep can be. However, it's difficult to stay negative when I'm surrounded by people who inspire, love, and support me every day. I truly feel blessed to have such an incredible support system by my side. I appreciate each and every one of you! Thank you for listening to the same story every day, for your advice, and for believing in me even when I have doubts. Thank you for doing cardio with me, for hugging me without me even asking, for offering help in any way, and for helping me stay grounded. Honestly, I could go on and on.

I genuinely don’t think I would have come this far without all of you. We are now 5 weeks out, and I can definitely feel it! There are many ups and downs mentally, physically, and health-wise, but we are pushing through, and I know it’s only going to get harder from here. Despite that, I couldn’t be more confident. There isn’t a doubt in my mind that I can do this. I know that if I hit a low point, someone will drag my ass to that stage! AS YOU SHOULD! 🤪😂

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation because I can’t stress enough how incredibly grateful I am for all of you! 🩷 including my clients! Thank you all for being so understanding and supportive as well🩷
