Just... WOW!!! When the year started I never would have believed that my 3 films VIRGO'S KNOWLEDGE, DOWNING THE ANCHORS, & FAMILY: GONE plus my TV pilot script TEARS OF A DEATH MAIDEN would combine for 150 Official Selections in 2022!!!

Thank you to everyone who made these projects happen, to everyone who believed in me and supported me, and to those festivals who gave these projects a chance to shine!

Behind the scenes. I’m just really excited to share the Morse Code pilot project tomorrow at the @belcourttheatre . Thanks in advance to everyone who’s coming, it means so much to me and Randa and Travis.

One of the best surprises of this part of my life was the discovery of filmmaking and all the careful uncertainty that goes into it. After two plus decades being a solo folksinger type, the collaborative nature of film has just been a new a crazy wind blowing through my life. You can only *sort of* steer a movie. The rest is mystery and no one really knows what’s happening, even the people making it.

Morse Code was the result of a vision shared by more than 50 people coming together to try something new and untested and weird. A lot of people have worked way too hard on this for the money, and whatever happens after tomorrow, I just want to say publicly how grateful I am to everyone who has believed in our little story. THANK YOU

Also thanks @druephoto for these nice exposures 🫰

Episode 1 is out now. Link in bio. 💫🙏🏻

Kyler did an amazing job bringing back the world of our childhood. The 90s, the early Disney shows—before creators got too caught up in cell phones and tech. This show was a blast to work on. I feel so lucky to be included in the cast and working alongside Kyler and Justin as a producer. I feel inspired by this cast and I can’t wait to hear what you think of the show! […]
