Day 125 of 365

Starting Saturdays the strong way.
Babes & Barbells at 9 AM is the perfect blend of energy, challenge, and community.
I love watching these strong babes show up for themselves first thing in the morning, no excuses, just work!

All levels are welcome. If you’re ready to lift heavy, move with intention, and have fun doing it, this class is for you. Let’s get after it!

Join us next Saturday! 💃🏾💪🏾✨

Day 292/365:⁣
⁣
Grateful for these amazing babes (even though a few were missing!) who came out for our 2nd Babes Who Brunch at @sixtyvines . 🤎⁣
⁣
It’s such a blessing to share my passion for weightlifting with incredible women from all walks of life. Watching this community grow beyond the gym and seeing connections form in so many ways has been so special. ✨⁣
⁣
I’m excited for what’s to come—there’s definitely more on the way. 💪🏾💃🏾⁣

Day 17/365:⁣
⁣
As my classes continue to grow, this is an appreciation post to all my Tuesday & Thursday babes! 💪🏾✨⁣
⁣
Y’all have definitely made my transition from only doing 1-1, to classes something I look forward to each week. 🥰⁣
⁣
I would always admire guys going to the gym in groups & would rarely see a group of females working out so now creating a space where females workout together, support each other, feeling comfortable & confident while weight lifting is a WIN for me!💪🏾💃🏾⁣
