You don’t have to know anything about Pilates to hang out here.

Actually, I kind of hope some of you don’t. 😂

I love Pilates. Obviously. But one of my favorite parts of teaching it is how much there still is to learn.

The longer I teach, the more questions I have. Why won’t your hips stay square? What’s going wrong in the powerhouse that’s causing the actual problem? Why did that cue work for you and absolutely no one else? 😂

Favorite cue of the week. Cues I need to STOP saying. Things I noticed in a session that sent me down a Pilates rabbit hole.

That stuff is fascinating to me.

So yes, there will be plenty of Pilates on this page. Exercises, apparatus, things I’m learning, things I disagree with, things I’m trying to figure out, and probably a fair amount of me nerding out over something most normal people would never notice.

Whether you teach Pilates, practice Pilates, or have no idea what the hell a Cadillac is—you can follow along.

Maybe you’ll learn something. Maybe I’ll learn something. Maybe you’ll just watch people do weird shit on springs.
