Perfect combination between an artist and a hardworking bitch.

I’ve been criticized for working too hard, for caring too much about what I do. Like that’s a flaw. Like passion should be dialed down so it’s easier for other people to digest.

But I don’t know how to be halfway in anything I create.

I do believe in manifesting, but it’s not just speaking things into existence✨🫶it’s waking up every single day and giving everything I have. Even when I’m tired. Even when I’m emotional. Even when I don’t like how intense I am about it.🙏

Sweat, tears, pressure, discipline, being hard on myself… all of it mixed together.

And yeah, sometimes I don’t like that part of me❤️‍🩹
..the part that needs things structured, organized, controlled. The part that wants everything to be right. The part that feels too much responsibility for what I build.

But that comes from somewhere real.

I was raised in a Catholic military school. No space for chaos. No space for softness. Everything was formal, strict, square. At the time I felt out of place in it.

Now I realize it shaped me. It gave me structure. It gave me discipline. It gave me an understanding of systems, procedures, rules and the most important thing it gave me was to know exactly what I DON’T want👏🫶✨

And I mixed that with my art. With my sensitivity. With my need to create🎨🤍✨🌈

That combination became my power🔥

So call me a bitch. Call me a workaholic. Call me too much.

I want things done right. I want things done with intention with love and kindness. I want things done with respect for the work.

Because this isn’t just personality. It’s CATARSIS. It’s becoming. It’s business. It’s boss energy✨✨💪

MADE IN COL 🇨🇴

Esta parte de mí es la más Cata🏡 Hogar. Está hecha de esa mezcla tan hermosa que nace de la conexión con mi tierra y mi ciudad natal, Bogotá, Colombia porque no hay nada más rolo que lo rolo que llevo por dentro.

Es disfrutar la lluvia, la montañas y el frío con un chocolatico caliente con queso mientras suena un buen rocksito en español. Es mi eterno dilema entre la influencia edgy de mi papá ⚡el rock, el punk y el metal 🤘 y esa alegría que me invade cuando suena una salsa o un merengue y me transporta a los bailes con mis tíos y mi familia. Es el vallenato de mi mamá🌺, la música de planchar en los domingos de limpieza y esos recuerdos que viven en cada canción.

Es esa mezcla compleja de explicar, pero que me define. La que me conecta con los colores, las frutas, lo orgánico, lo hecho en casa. Con un Chocorramo y unos Tostacos (porque cómo amo los Tostacos 🤤).

Este proyecto habla de todas las facetas de CATARSIS y de cómo cada una de ellas me conforma. Habla de mis raíces, de mis memorias, de los pequeños detalles que construyen mi esencia.

#thatshot ☀️🔥🔥Art is my favorite language

CATARSIS? is color, brightness, fun, chaos, happiness, and being completely unapologetic. It’s weird, it’s scary, and honestly, everyone experiences catharsis differently.

For me, it’s about facing your deepest fears, pushing through them, and growing into a new version of yourself.
This project was a reminder that emotions don’t always need words.
Had so much fun creating this photoshoot and bringing this concept to life.

secrets out - i love singing!

I remember being 12-13 and singing at home only when I was alone. then alone in my car or in the shower. ¿now im posting on IG? 🫨

last year I decided no more hiding and I started taking singing lessons. naturally living room shows for friends and family was next, then last night was my first real gig! In none other than historic calle ocho in this incredible Cuban restaurant/bar. I couldn’t think of a better place to debut. bro… when I tell you it felt like we walked through a portal!! of music, joy, dance, y mucho mucho amor.

last night I worked on technique, stage presence and most importantly having fun. what’s been surprising is how much I harness what I’ve learned in everyday life:

🎼singing is grounding in diaphragmatic breathing, which you can’t do when you’re nervous system is in stress response
🎤singing is rooted in vibration, the essential building block of the universe.
🎧singing is about grounding and giving, not taking or avoiding

yes, it’s that deep and humbling but!!

don’t get it twisted i am an utter diva on the stage 😩🤭 (a shock to no one ) oh and I dance so when that hair flips bayybeee!! it’s on.

my heart is full. so thankful for everyone who came last night and who’s supported me along the way.

special thanks to @tropic_hoe for bringing the Caribbean carnival vibes last night with their hand-made vejigante masks!

I’m excited to follow this path of finding my voice and can’t wait to share, collab and create more.
