On this Valentine’s Day, I’m especially grateful for the love that surrounds me, the kind that uplifts, pours back, and reflects God’s grace. ❤️

God has truly blessed me with the gift of love — through friendship, family, and the people who continue to show up for me in the most genuine ways. The support I’ve received, from those pictured and those who carry me in prayer daily, has been nothing short of overwhelming.

This year, I chose myself unconditionally. I honored my needs, trusted my voice, and stopped shrinking to make others comfortable.

I gave myself permission to grow without guilt, to rest without explanation, and to move at a pace that felt true to me. Choosing myself became less about resistance and more about alignment and I’m carrying that into every season ahead✨🤭

EEP 🥹🎉 Real results from hosting my first ever 8-week challenge!

August-October 4th, I had 16 women commit to this process & they absolutely conquered! 3 of which I want to publicly recognize. Their consistency, tenacity, and strength through it all challenged ME in so many ways! I live to see women who show up & move intentionally even when they don’t feel like it.

This was more than just workouts. We had real conversations, studied the Bible, talked through some storms & came out on top 🫂 I celebrate you ladies!
