Collegiate weightroom standard. High school athletes.

We don’t run a gym full of games. Simple, transferable movements that prep them for sport and life. Train hard. Train with purpose. The atmosphere does the rest.
Calling all elite softball, baseball, and volleyball players in San Diego — this is where the best train.

And softball players… something is coming this fall. Built for athletes serious about playing at the next level. Stay tuned. DM to be first on the list.

2B DOUBLE PLAYS: Let the location of the ball determine what move you do. But don’t try to time the ball there! Get there early in order to give yourself options and adjust to the throw. Take center of your chest and your right foot to the ball. #PryorDevelopment

2B TURNS: A Lamborghini with no brakes, is not a Lamborghini. The objective is never to be quick, it’s always to be in control. Although movements are the same, the timing of completing a double play are much different in softball, compared to baseball. Therefore softball players need to be even more efficient with their feeds. Just another typical lesson with @kendall_rivera_2028 working on double play turns and her singing 🤷🏾‍♂️ #PryorDevelopment

The textbook 7-6-2 relay home for the out.
Perfect fielding in left by Pressly to Kendall at short, with the bullet home for the quick tag to get the base runner out.
Great teamwork @pboss_22 and @kendall_rivera_2028 💯
