Self-care isn’t just a spa day 🧖🏽‍♀️

Sometimes it’s finding a quiet place, picking up a pen, and actually asking yourself how you’re doing and what you need to make tomorrow better.

Thank you @cornerstonepilatesjc for the opportunity to connect with your community!

We met the girls on the reformer Saturday morning for a spring reset and it was AMAZING. 🤍

Pilates & Plans combines Pilates for the body & Journaling for the soul.

Because busy girls deserve a reminder to check in with themself.

Would you like to take a pilates & journaling class 🥳?

Goodbye February, hello March 🍀
Is it just me or is time flying ?

Don’t let February end without taking some time for gratitude & reflection this week. All you need is 10 mins with your journal.

The grounded goals journal has all the space you need to:
Celebrate your wins
Reflect on what your biggest priorities were and where you focused your energy
Take note of the months highlights and memories you want to hold on to
& write down the goals you want to accomplish for March!

We’re expressing extreme gratitude for what February offered us and are super excited for what March will bring!

What are you looking forward to in March 🍀?

Snowy days always feel like permission. Permission to slow down and just be.

When everything outside is quiet and white, I’m reminded to ditch the energy to rush. It’s the perfect moment for pulling out my goals journal and spending 10 mins just checking in on the woman I’m becoming.

Let today be soft. Let it be slow. And let it still move you forward. 🤍

Soooo tomorrow is Valentine’s Day ..

& you’re probably getting questions left and right about what your plans are and it’s chocolate covered strawberries all over your feed. Plus Vday is on a Saturday, so the pressure is ON cause everyone wants to make it count.

if you’re going solo or look forward to having some much needed ‘me time’ at home that is perfectly OKAYYY 👏🏾 ’ because guess what sis?

Time spent alone, pouring into yourself is always time well spent. With that, here are some ideas for how to use the grounded goals journal to pour into yourself a little extra this Valentine’s Day Weekend 💓 once you’re done with your solo date you can..

Buy yourself some flowers or something sweet and have it specially delivered to you so it can feel like a surprise!

Use the first page of the goals journal to write a love letter to your current or future self 💌

Get dressed up, take your goals journal and affirmation pens to a cute wine bar or cozy restaurant, and write out how you’re going to take that dream vacation you put on your vision board back in December

Invite your goals to a slow morning, put on your comfiest pjs, find a cozy spot with a warm coffee or tea, and reflect on how your February has been going and make sure to track your small wins.

How will you be spending your Valentine’s Day? 💌
