A weekend in Whitefish, Montana I’ll never forget.

Isabella & Juergen chose Green Valley Ranch for their fall destination wedding, surrounded by open fields, mountain air, and a setting that made everything feel so relaxed.

I photographed Isabella’s cousin and close friends weddings, so stepping into this weekend felt like returning to a circle of people who were already comfortable in front of my lens. There’s an ease that happens when you’re invited back into a close friend and family’s story. The energy shifts. Everyone is more open, more themselves.

There is also something about shooting in the mountains, the expansiveness, the temperature in the light, the incredible energy. It’s one of my favorite landscapes to photograph.

More of this beautiful destination wedding and their stunning details to come ✨

“Don’t you love New York in the fall? 🍂It makes me want to buy school supplies✏️ I would send you a bouquet of newly sharpened pencils if I knew your name and address….” ~ the irreplaceable Nora Ephron, You’ve Got Mail 🎬🍿

November is arguably the best time in New York!

• The month is kicked off by the @nycmarathon, the happiest day of the year!!! I always cry happy tears being surrounded by the support and joy overflowing through the city 🥹🏃‍♀️

• It’s the perfect time to go Apple picking at @fishkillfarms, just a short train ride outside the city 🍎🛤️🚆

• Christmas decorations start to go up! Run to see @rolfsny ✨or the @rockefellercenter tree 🎄 before December crowds

It’s still not too late to plan a trip! Check out my stories to find some of the best value NYC hotels!🌆🍁
