Today, May 23, 2026, I celebrate 10 years at @passerellebistro. Over this last decade, I’ve made countless long lasting relationships. I’ve met some of my BEST friends working here (not all pictured.) I bought my first house, my dream car (yeah my dream was a wrangler not fancy but perfect for me,) it welcomed me with open arms when I had my son, met my son’s God parents, it has funded my travels and allowed me to take the time to travel… It has allowed me to become a Sommelier and network my ass off through many other programs. I’ve met thousands like literally thousands of people from all over the world and so many different walks of life and shared so many interesting stories. I’ve even made family with some of my regular guests. It allowed me to make a stab at entrepreneurship by letting us use the kitchen at 3am to proof donuts… I’ve cried here, laughed 99% of the time at the worst, grungiest jokes you have ever heard, eaten probably more than a thousand meals. And honestly, so many more things. These are glimpses of the time I’ve spent here. I am so thankful to be a part of something so special in Greenville. I’m so excited to be part of the opening team at @stonecottagegvl, proud to soon be your Director of Ops and elated for the next 10 years…. Cause I’m never leaving!
