About a week ago, @marylandmued leaders joined @nafme members from all across the country to advocate for Arts programs in schools. Students who participate in The Arts do better in core subjects and the data has and continues to support that notion. My desire in the classroom and beyond is to continue to advocate for students who may not have the resources because they still deserve opportunities.

Join our efforts in speaking up for The Arts in education. Contact your local and state politicians and let them know how vital The Arts are in education.
