🚨📣COME CLOSER. 📣✨🚨

I’ve just released the first ever episode of The Pregnancy Playbook today - birthed at IMBOLC with the light turning bright and I’m saying this with my whole chest thrumming: this conversation might change the way you feel about birth forever.
I’m in deep, delicious conversation with the iconic @milli.hill talking positive birth, women’s power, and why your body is not broken, dangerous, or something to “manage”.

🔥 positive birth (yes, it exists)
🔥 the power of women (spoiler: it’s huge)
🔥 why fear-based birth stories are… cancelled (on my watch anyway!)
🔥 and how trusting your body might be the most radical thing you ever do

This is real talk, deep wisdom, and the kind of conversation that makes you sit back and think:
“OH. Right. I actually can do this.”

YES YOU CAN!

If you’re pregnant, thinking about it, or just low-key obsessed with birth and women reclaiming their power then this episode is for you and basically the podcast itself! (I’ve got 5 more juicy episodes waiting in the wings!)

🎧 Listen now on Spotify, Apple Podcasts or YouTube - O yes we are on the small screen thanks to the incredible @zizzy.podcast.house so you can come sit with us and see us too!

👉 Tap the link. Press play. Let it work its magic.
Then (because we’re building a movement, not just a podcast) go follow The Pregnancy Playbook and please subscribe! Birth isn’t to be feared it is to be understood, respected and revered as a rite of passage that will alter you in all ways. ⛓️‍💥

📲 Share it with your pregnant bestie
💬 Slide into my DMs or comments and come tell me what it stirred in you

This is Maternal Alchemist energy.
This is about women rewriting the narrative of birth
This is only the beginning.

Can’t wait to hear what you all think! It’s like I’ve been growing this baby since last December when we started filming; 9 months in the making… sourcing the best guests and since we wrapped filming (her birth) I’ve been keeping her close for the 4th trimester and at this point I’m navigating matrescence! Send it far and wide goddesses! Its made with the most enormous amount of love. ♥️

Back to July for a quick behind-the-scenes moment.

This was one of those days where the vision in my head became something real on camera watching Rebs (the polo pilot) being filmed by James Malone, and captured beautifully by Molly Mason from Zizzy Studios Production House.

As the year draws to a close and we are in our busiest stretch I just want to say thank you. I don’t take any of this for granted.

The media side of Lockwood has come on miles this year, and it’s because I’ve had talented people around me who show up and deliver.

Thank you James, Molly Rebs and of course the rest of the wonderful models that gave up their weekend back in July for me. 🇬🇧⚔️

🎥 “Massive shoutout to the incredible team behind the lens – George Cooper, Molly Mason, and James Malone of Zizzy Studios. Fresh off producing our upcoming public launch film for Blenheim Palace, this crew has been capturing the grit, the graft, and the vision behind Lockwood Smocks. That’s a wrap.

Final clips here from the last scene of the Lockwood x Zizzy shoot. What a weekend.

Massive thank you to the crew—James Malone, Molly Mason, George Cooper—for bringing the vision to life. And to all the volunteers who gave up their time: Rebecca, Sam, Molly, Kirsty, John, Tara, Tony, Sarah—you lot made it what it was.

Plenty of content coming over the next few weeks and months, but for now… I’m back home, totally wiped out. Ruth’s already asleep next to me. That says it all.

Thank you.
