400 CLASSES. 🥹🎉🩷

This place is so much more than a fitness studio to me. It’s where I can let my freak flag fly, be completely myself, get a little ratchet on a bike (because apparently I’m too old for the club 😂), and leave feeling better than when I walked in.

But underneath all the fun, loud music and sweaty classes… this room heals me. Every single time I get on that bike, it does something for my mental health that I can’t really explain. It’s my safe space, my therapy and truly my favorite thing to do.

And the COMMUNITY. 🥹 I’ve made some of my very best friends here. I feel loved, supported and celebrated, and Collyn — you have such a gift for making every single person in your room feel seen and special. I love you so much and I couldn’t imagine celebrating #400 with anyone else. 🩷

So damn grateful for Power + Flow, these people, this bike and 400 chances to show up exactly as I am.🖤

First song ALWAYS sets the tone for class. When I say we had a party listen to how they screamed “BaAaaAAAbbYyyyYYYyYy 🤪”

“Well, I don’t really care what people say… I don’t really watch what dem waan do.” 🤪

POV: Testing your endurance with one of those tracks that somehow makes the suffering worth it. 😮‍💨

And just like that… my birthday month and Pride Month came to an end.
But it got me thinking…
Who decided that celebration has an expiration date? 😎

Getting to celebrate wonderful humans in this space is hands down my favorite part of the day. ✨

Every ride is filled with people who choose to show up as themselves sparkly, authentic, resilient, and real. Watching this community cheer each other on, chase goals, and bring their unique energy into the room is something I never take for granted.Thank you all for making this space so fun, so welcoming, and so full of light. 💖
