This weekend, I got invited to check out @circlelinenyc’s Holiday Harbor Lights Cruise and it was such a vibe. Cozy winter magic, heated boat, skyline views, festive cocktails literally all the Christmas feels in one night.✨🎄

I finally checked off one of my bucket list goals. I got to see the Statue of Liberty up close for the first time and it was honestly amazing.🗽💫

Thank you Cruise Line NYC for such a beautiful experience!

March gave what it was supposed to give!

1. Just me and Wyclef Jean casual, right?
2. Lifting heavy… in my socks. Because shoes are overrated.
3. Living my best fruitful life literally.
4. Self care unlocked: Spa day edition.
5. Working with Sir John? Oh, we’re in our legendary era.
6. God’s been showing out for me, and I’m here for it!
7. A little retail therapy because I deserve.
8. Clocking in, but make it a serve.
9. Golden hour hits different when you’re in motion.
10. Expressing my love language… but can you guess what it is?
11. Celebrating Tamron Hall’s 1000th episode like a proud cousin.
12. Straight facts can you relate, or is it just me?
13. Patricia look at you! Doing the things, becoming her. Keep going, girl!

Sometimes, you have to put yourself first because health truly is wealth!

I started my fitness journey when I realized I didn’t like how I felt or looked. Hearing that I was considered obese for my height was a wakeup call. It shook me, but instead of letting it break me, I made a choice. What can I do to change? How can I feel better? Six months ago, I took that first step and started training with @trainwithdrew, and it has completely transformed my life.

The progress I’ve made physically, mentally, and emotionally is unreal. I feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of my health than ever before. But this journey is about more than just physical changes; it’s about showing up for me, committing to my growth, and realizing that I am worth the effort.

Invest in yourself. Bet on yourself. Pour into yourself. When you prioritize your well-being, everything else in life begins to align. Your body, mind, and spirit deserve that love and attention.

And trust me this is only the beginning! 💪🏾✨
