Nikau Pouaka-Grego had just come off the best start to pro ball he could have imagined. Then came the MRI results, and another season gone.

In this throwback on the Thrive Under Pressure podcast, Nikau tells Dan Vann how he used that setback to get bigger, stronger and mentally tougher, instead of letting it break him.

As a mentor told him: rehab never gets easier, but approach it right and it teaches you things playing never can.

Now? He's back, and he's ready.
