~Sunny’s Ritual~

Last week, I got a small group of friends together to conduct a small ritual before this photoshoot. We burned pieces of paper, with written prompts starting with, “with this new life I will…”. This was an ode to what I want my life to be like, and fully accept every blessing and gift bestowed upon me in this up coming year.

I hope the show THIS WEDNESDAY, encapsulates this energy too. Come celebrate with me and all my creative/weird/amazing friends🖤 tickets in the bio!

I don’t think I’ve ever posted a year end reflection/photo dump, but man I had a good year. I wish I could post more than 20 photos in one post and tag more people. I accomplished a lot more than I thought I would. I made a lot of new friends and reconnected with a few old ones. I met some family members I didn’t have the opportunity to before. Thanks Grandma Grace for making that possible.

My biggest accomplishment was I was able to get back into performing on stage. I want to thank everyone at @terminalcomedy and @cablehotdish . You guys have supported me and pushed me to be a better performer and more confident person.

@spitlock_mn We only have one song out now (check it out on Spotify if you haven’t, link in bio) but I feel much more confident as a songwriter than I ever have. You guys aren’t ready, we got some heat coming. Thanks for being an awesome friend, band mate, and gym bro.

I would also like to thank @feelslike95films for giving me the opportunity to be a featured extra in their music videos. I love working with you guys.

@_juuje_ I’m happy we got to spend time and work together this year before you moved. I’m so proud of you for making the jump. Miss you bro.

I know I’m missing a lot of people but I have love for all of you.

I’m super excited for 2026. We got a lot of big things coming. This is just the beginning.

I absolutely love my friends. Feeling so grateful to have so many wonderful people in my life💘 This year has really been an amazing one. I’ve met a lot of lifers, made many incredible silly memories and have had wonderful new experiences. Shangri-la, Infrasound equinox & visiting Logan in Indiana /Louisville made some of my favorite memories I’ll cherish for life. Thank you to all of you in this post and all of you outside of this post. So many people I wish I could tag that don’t fit due to stupid instagram limits. So many people I wish I had photos with 🫶🏽 I love each & everyone of you with all of my soul. I don’t show my gratitude enough and I feel it’s so important to let your loved ones know just how much you love them! When you think of someone, remember they are likely thinking of you too.. Hello friends-

I’m new to portrait photography & I’m looking to expand my portfolio—I’ll be offering inexpensive portrait sessions through the rest of 2025 intended to raise money for rebuilding the Palestinian state

A ceasefire is a step in the right direction but it does not rescind any destruction done; the Palestinian population returning now see rubble where there was once a home. The US administration played a part in the dehumanization of the people of Gaza and continued to supply and fund genocide—at times it can feel overwhelming to believe that as individuals we can make a change, but I’m one to believe that finding ways to engage with your community is the simplest way to cultivate the empathy needed to make an impact on the future. “Save the one, save the world.”
