Polaroid Portraits in London 📸

One of my favorite things about visiting big cities is to take photos of people I find beautiful, interesting or simply cool as fukk 🥰

First out is punk rocker @robertcaruso000 n’ his friend, Robert has a New Single out now called «You’re Driving Me Insane», go check it out on Spotify! They were on their way to the legendary @100clublondon and I said «oh, where the @sexpistols played back in the days?» And they said: «Yes, they’re friends of us» 🥰 so cool! Old Skool Punk Rockers and super friendly!

We are the mods (probly)

Officially a year of being a mod and boy what a year it has been! 💋

The amount I have learnt over the last year about life, people, music, history, love, connection, fashion, myself, mod, soul, heartbreak, travelling, traditional living and everything else that is joined together with this wild wild journey ✨

Some people think I’m mad for doing what I do, I get asked all the time why and in all honesty from the people that make you feel a sense of community that feels at home, to the music that has so much history and feeling behind it that anyone you speak to in this community has a story and a connection to every track spun, from the fashion and the style and dressing in genuine 60s vintage and people with the lack of fear of dressing smart in a society of fast fashion and AI art, to listening to and dancing and jiving to original vinyls from the same time our clothes were made, what I’m saying is the mod scene is basically everything to me 🤍

Before the mod scene I wanted out of the UK, I wasn’t worried about where I ended up as long as it was out of here but this community has made me fall in love with my own country, see my country for what it is and discover the history and beauty of so many UK city’s and towns, with almost 130 hours spent on trains the last 12 months I sure hope I learnt about the UK just a little bit 🤏 @trainpal_official sponsor me? 👀

@scarborough.mod.weekender threw me into the scene by my feet into the deep end, but if it wasn’t for this weekend I genuinely wouldn’t have met some of the nicest, realest, smartest, funniest, purest of heart people I’ve ever met in my life, I wouldn’t have fallen in love twice in a year or discovered myself as much as I’ve discovered the city’s that neighbour me, I wouldn’t have fallen in love with the big smoke or even debated quitting smoke, I’d have never considered moving to London or figured out where I want to be in life 👞

I love each and every single person in this scene as they have taught me so much about being human, everyone has a very special place in my heart even if we don’t vibe as much I can’t thank any of you enough for bringing me into this community with open arms 🫶🏻
