Modded Detroit is excited to announce the we will be bringing back our weeknight shows. We will be having our First weeknight show on June 15, 2022.

The first show will be held at @caseysofwalledlake_ big thanks to them for hosting us! We will we holding shows in different locations each week, but will be teaming up with Casey’s once a month! We have permission from the city, and are looking to have a nice peaceful show, so no reckless driving or excessive Revving will be allowed.

If any of you are true OG’s of this group, you will remember the legendary Thursday night meets we used to have every Thursday. These were my favorite meets and I know a lot of you can agree. We have switched Wednesday as this is what works best for our team.

Looking forward to this show as we will have a DJ, games, food, and the classic footrace we have every year! Whose gonna be the fastest in the group in foot?

VIP and Vendor Applications will be released Later in the week as well!

Thank you to the entire Modded Detroit Community for helping us reach 10,000 Followers! I really don’t even know where to start but all I can say is this is way more people in our community than I ever could have imagined! Thank you for all continued love and support you all give this group!

If you scroll down to our first post you can see our initial goal was to gain 50 Followers, which is funny to think about now, but it wouldn’t have been possible without all your support! Comment down below what your first modded meet was!

I am so happy that we were able to grow such a great community to this size! Three years ago today, January 11th, 2019. We had our first official Car Meet at the Laurel Park Parking Garage in Livonia. ( First 2 Slides )

Initially we were just a group of 7 kids who drove together to other car meets such as @em.meet and @underdogucm We decided we should have our own car meet since we didn’t wanna drive far anymore lol. Our Initial Goal was to have 10 people at our meet and have hopefully 25-30 Cars at our Meets. Before we knew it we had over 500+ cars coming to some meets.

We never expected the crazy growth or the amount of people that would eventually come to our meets! This led to issues with crowd control and gave the group a reputation of recklessness, which we wanted to work on changing.

Although we don’t host meets right now I wanted to looks back at all the good times and friendships that were provided by Modded Detroit for our 3 Year Anniversary. I met so many people who I became friends with outside of the car scene, and hope some of you can say the same.

We haven’t had an official meet Since August 2020 when we decided to take a break from hosting car meets due to Covid Creating issues and other unforeseen circumstances.

Time sure does fly. Back in January 2019, I was just a bored Teenager, trying to pass time. Since 2019, I have graduated engineering school and now have a full time job as a mechanical engineer. I am now just a Bored Adult, and for that reason I want you to keep on the lookout for Reorganized and Improved Official Modded Detroit Meets Sometime in Spring 2022.
