One day, your baby will ask, “What was it like before I got here?”

And I think we’ll all smile before we answer…

We’ll tell them that before we ever held them in our arms, we held them in our prayers.

We’ll tell them about how we watched you guys choose each other over and over again si rahisi fr!!We’ll tell them how we watched friendship become love, love become marriage and marriage become a home where God was always welcome. Na hiyo si kitu ya kawaida bana kwanza na hii generation….

We’ll tell them that long before they had a name we could call, they already had people waiting for them. A whole village that celebrated every milestone, whispered prayers over every tiny kick and thanked God for a life we couldn’t wait to meet. Juu weh… tumeombea huyu mtoto vibaya sana! 😂Kwanza Uncle Manu na Otis😂

We’ll tell them that they were never arriving into an empty room. Walikuwa wanakuja HOME… home to parents who already loved them deeply and to friends who had already made space for them in their hearts. Huku seat yao ilikuwa reserved kitambo. Uliza Aunty Lau wa love😂😂😂
